This is all just confirmation bias:

noun: confirmation bias
the tendency to interpret new evidence as confirmation of one's existing beliefs or theories.
The coach said it was Doug and his decision in his statement, no offense but I'll take McDermotts word over the OPs esp since he hasn't even come back to defend his horrible post
This thread is a BBMB thread, and there is already a thread to criticize the FO/Whaley, unless that one was locked. Plus this is all speculation on his part with no actual facts to back it up
What if the bills draft Trubisky at 10 still? McDermott did coach in Carolina last year so I am sure he may have some inside info on him. This deal doesn't preclude us from drafting a QB at 10
Ok so you are really saying they aren't addressing it the way you want them to, also, this certainly doesn't prevent them from spending a high pick on a qb. They have to be atleast thinking about it as they did meet with Deshaun Watson at the combine
How does restructuring a qbs contract to lower his cap hit and essentially makes it a 2 yr deal keep us in QB purgatory? We drafted a QB last year and will more than likely draft one this year, how is that failing to address the spot?
Cap hit would be around 3.5 a yr it seems, and we just freed up 6 mil from TT restructure so we have TT and a FB and still 2.5 mil more in space than we did yesterday
So this guy has only ran it once in his career, and the most he caught was 13 passes in a season. He did make the pro bowl in 2015, does any one know anything about this guy?
