    Exactly....people are so silly and naive. McDermott is the alpha male. He runs this team. He literally hired Beane who reports to McDermott. I'd even go as far as to say Sean has Terry wrapped around his finger. These defensive selections were 100% influenced if not outright chosen by McDermott.

    If we hold KC to 19 or under and still lose, we deserve to have our season shut down right there.

    The only way McD can salvage his job is to make the playoffs or promise to fully commit to the offense. He's had 6+ years and every opportunity to do this, yet he continues to stress failed defensive moves.

    At this rate the AFC will be devoid of quality qbs come playoff time.

    The only hope I have is Josh Allen & Joe Brady. Find a way of keeping McDermott from screwing it all up. And yes to all the adorable eternal optimists....we do have the capacity to go 5-0. But let's uber focus on KC.

    If we don't go 4-1 it won't matter what the others do. We have to take care of our own business and so far we've done a very poor job. We'll see but we waited way too long to replace Dorsey. It's infuriating how close we are to being 10-2.

    All it would have taken is a HC with intelligence, incite and stones. But as we've experienced over the last several years, Sean is not that guy. He's the guy who needs time outs late in order to "think about" what he wants to do. What's the point of having a guy turn a team around if he can't sustain it's growth.

    Well we all saw how well he performed with the Rams and the first half of 2022. But in hindsight, we all should've expected the worst outcome. Its the Buffalo way. Hopefully he agrees to a retirement buy out. I don't want to see him in a Buffalo uni.

    We did get some help today but the Colts win hurts. Indy might have the best ST in the league. I agree. Both our 1st down runs were worthless. Murray starting to show his age. Get Fournette in there you dummies.

    Yeah he talks out of both sides of his mouth. Preaches all this humble, hungry, Process nonsense...yet his defense shows zero discipline. We lead the NFL in penalties. Taking so damn long to realize why Diggs was so pissed off last year (Dorsey) probably cost us this season. Trying to turn Josh into someone he wasn't was pure stupidity.
