I think he’s got 1 more little run in him this season with this staff but I do mostly agree. He’s entering the IDGAF stage. I’m sure he can see that the roster is once again not good enough and I’m sure he probably wants to chop off McD’s hands to stop the clapping. Now he has to look at these goofy glasses. Like come on dude. Stop it.

He needed to be gone years ago. Each year that we wait shrinks the amount of time a new HC has to win a SB with Josh. He has to still have some trade value at the end. The new HC should get 2 seasons to transform this roster from a high/character low ceiling roster to one that’s highly skilled and SB caliber. It won’t be easy. If he can’t, you have to trade Josh and let him purge the roster. The longer we wait, the harder it gets.

He needs a new HC, a new direction, to bring back some excitement. This will become clear to most in the coming weeks. This team is very stale this season.

I agree that it’s a lot different this time. The OL is just getting annihilated in some of these games.

The very first thing this team has to do to move forward is get him off the field. No future game plan should involve him. The forced, low percentage throws are killing drives and momentum.

I would hope the organization isn’t taking their QB’s recommendations seriously enough to affect future draft picks. That would be incompetence on a whole new level.

They’re actually playing much worse right now than when we fired the last OC. Also, didn’t we fire him right after a win? Last year’s team was a little more unlucky at times than bad. THIS team is terrible across the board and Josh looks to be done with it all.

You don’t have to hire anyone yet. Owner fires coach, signally that he hears the majority of the fan base, finishes season, hires new regime (coach and GM) , which adds excitement heading into new stadium. Its actually set up perfectly to pull the plug right now, or in the next few weeks.

Yup. Brady is totally figured out. This might be worse than our last OC. Also, Babich obviously needs to be fired to show the fanbase someone is listening. Same thing every year but McD isn’t going to survive the media onslaught this time.

The league has totally figured out Brady. The line has been more and more dominated in each week so far this season.
