The amount of Josh Allen comparisons that have at least some degree of validity is insane. I've heard him compared to Aaron Rodgers, Patrick Mahomes, Cam Newton, John Elway, Steve Young, and Ben Roethlisberger. All but one of those guys are Hall of Famers. Wink Martindale, the Ravens defensive coordinator, said of Allen just today "He's like a young Big Ben, but with Marino's arm", and told his defenders that they have to "tackle him like they tackle Derrick Henry". I mean....sheesh. Special talent.

I wish Moss hadn't gotten injured. We could really use a hard running, north-south player in the backfield this week. The Ravens run defense is quite vulnerable (last week notwithstanding). While I don't expect Antonio Williams to be active due to his inexperience relative to that of Yeldon and Freeman, I must admit that his running style would be a welcome addition this week. His likely weaknesses as a pass catcher and pass blocker (I don't know this for sure, I'm only guessing, based on his lack of meaningful playing time) probably offset whatever contributions his powerful running would make. Alas, I may have to accept that our "power runner" this Saturday will once again be the guy wearing #17.

I disagree. They’re not gonna just bench the top kick returner and #7 punt returner in the league, so long as he’s healthy.

The QB draws out of empty sets were because the Colts has only 4-5 men near the line of scrimmage, two high safeties playing very deep, and corners giving generous cushion. They were literally daring the Bills to run Josh Allen. To have NOT done so would have been coaching malpractice. I do agree, though, that I hope Daboll has an effective set of screens ready to go to counter all the blitzing.

Thanks for being a classy guest. The Colts are excellent and it seems like they have a very bright future. I’d put money on the Bills facing them in the playoffs again in the coming years. He really is very good at it. It seems he does it once a week. Theres an art to it, too. Timing it in such a way that you still get a free play. If you wait too long, the refs blow the play dead and you don’t get that free shot. Aaron Rodgers is the guy I saw perfect it in the modern era, and Josh seems to be the only other guy I see doing it so well.

You'd think that in the 70 years since McCarthy, the right would've come up with some new material other than red-scaring and telling everyone that black and brown people are taking their jobs and endangering their daughters. Get some new material. Meanwhile, while Trumpies are soooo worried about communism and socialism, they couldn't care less that their God is an actual, literal fascist who wants to destroy democracy via violent insurrection.

Do.....do people not ALWAYS slap the seats when they go to games? I know I do. I also know I saw multiple pictures on Twitter after Saturday's game of people's purple, swollen hands because they were smashing the metal so hard. Like McDermott says....."Find a way". Or, in this case, he might say "Do your 1/6,700th"

Hearing that the Ravens haven’t won a playoff game in SIX YEARS illustrates just how hard it is to win in the playoffs. Harbaugh is one of the best coaches in the league, but six years without a playoff win. Enjoy the fact that we won yesterday, Bills fans, no matter how ugly at times.

I don't know why -- maybe just because I like rooting for the underdog -- but I would love to see Chicago shock the world and beat the Saints.

Both the Titans and Ravens are unlikeable and fairly classless. Was nice to see Vrabel and his squad of goons and their terrible fans eliminated. It's tough to say who I'd rather face next weekend. Both the Steelers and Ravens defenses are good, but the Ravens offense seems like the worse matchup for the Bills defense. Therefore, I GUESS I'd rather play the Steelers? Either way, not gonna be an easy game next weekend.

One thing I worry about with the Bills is their level of physicality. The Bills at the moment are — and I hate to say it — a bit of a finesse team. Can they go toe to toe with the Titans or Ravens and punch them in the mouth?

I think, if anything, people tend to overlook the importance of pass blocking, pass catching, and knowledge of the (huge) playbook when it comes to running backs. Is Williams the better pure RUNNER? Maybe. Even that is a small sample size. But does he check those other three boxes?

Is there a "disagree" emoji? Or do the "meh" and "laugh" emojis cover that? Sometimes I want to indicate that I disagree with someone without necessarily laughing at them.

I see "overreaction Monday" is in full effect this week, even though it's Sunday. So far today, I've seen "Milano should have been benched" and "Daboll is dumb and needs to be gone immediately". I mean......wow. Just wow.

I'm gonna go ahead and guess Yeldon will be active. He's more of a "sure thing" in the playoffs. I'm guessing that both his pass blocking and pass catching skills are superior to Williams. That said, regardless of who gets the start, I expect Singletary to take 80+ % of the snaps.

I wasn't disappointed in the classical sense of the word with yesterday's Bills performance. I'm a firm believer that "a win is a win", ESPECIALLY in the playoffs. Just ask the Patriots dynasty. They won PLENTY of unconvincing squeakers over two decades. A win is a win. Overcoming adversity and finding a way to win a big game when you're not on your "A game" is really important and was a big growth milestone for this team. I WAS disappointed in the sense that I know the Bills are capable of playing much better than they did yesterday. After seeing how well they are capable of executing the past few weeks, how creative Daboll's game plans can be, etc, I've come to have high expectations for this team. I was trying to understand how I was feeling after yesterday's game. Normally, I would be euphoric. I was happy, to be sure, but more so, I was just relieved. Relieved because I know the Bills are good enough to compete for a championship, and because they didn't necessarily play championship caliber football for large stretches of the game, but still managed to get a win. I guess what I'm trying to say is that my EXPECTATION LEVEL has been raised. Squeaking out wins or winning one playoff game are no longer good enough. We're past that now. The expectation now, for me, is championship. THEN I will be euphoric. Each win along the way will make me happy, but more so, it will be a relief, because it means the Bills have cleared another necessary hurdle on the way to the real goal, the BIG goal, the ONLY goal.

I agree that Allen checked a very important box yesterday, but not "the final box", in my opinion. That would be the "can he play effectively in the Super Bowl?" box. If he can check THAT box, we're looking at a likely Hall of Famer.
