It really saddens me that I might have to hate Baker Mayfield. Sucks, but if he’s a Jests then I have choice.
Mayfield would be electric in a bills uni.
I feel the same about this. I actually think it was smart for the packers to grab Kizer. The kid has talent but needed to stay in school but couldn’t. Now he gets to sit behind Arod.
Overall smart move for him. If he stays healthy his production will go up and probably baseline similar to his numbers in Philly, then he will hit the open market again since his value will get a boost.
Sal is basically the only one I like listening too. Like the others have stated on this thread Murph is out of touch and the show is just one big echo chamber.
Really haven't listened to WGR this off season for the most part.
Within the context of his statement he's stating facts about his past. I think now he is more serious about playing Pro Football that he will go in and demonstrate is growth by proving he knows the X's and O's. Just my guess because if he hasn't improved in that facet of his game then he is stupid.
He'll more than likely get that dollar amount, but I rather have a stud DT than a first round WR that is on his third team in 5 years.
Fletcher Cox and Kawann Short are two DTs that received big contracts and their teams are not regretting it.
I don't think this happens anymore. I mean the last time something of this magnitude happened, Eli almost cried due to the chargers drafting him and they literally played in an area with the nicest weather all year around in the states.
