WR Mike Williams Visited Bills today
Bill_with_it replied to Billy Zabka's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I know he did a Houdini in 4 games. Hes a great athlete from the looks of it but if he is a blue chip prospect lock top ten he had something goign on during the Arkansas, Mississippi, Chattanooga, and Louisiana games as he had one catch. -

I have witnessed Charles Clay on numerous occasions chip and block to assist the line. If they choose a TE with what you stated being the deciding factor, that in my opinion is covering up the true symptom which is replacing the rt. TE assist all the time, but I would have a difficult time with that line of reasoning being a the deciding factor. -

The guy seriously will not care about the team if he doesnt even care abiut his own draft stock by being stupid. Hopefully we stay away from someone like him that thinks he is bigger than the rules. -
Pats sign Gillislee to offer sheet

By the process. No pun intended. I think it would be pretty difficult to make mistakes of the same type repeatedly without learning something even if you actually weren't trying to learn something. Im not saying Whaley is, will, or will be forced to match the offer but at least someone at OBD is actually thinking anout the pros and cons before doing it. Something that clearly was missing from the Hogan and wr depth on this team last year. -

Is it okay to have a second team to root for?
Bill_with_it replied to Another Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I personally dont root for any team other than the Bills. As the playoffs progress there are some teams I just dont enjoy watching, therefore, I hope they lose; that doesnt make me a fan of the team they are playing against. -

I wouldnt worry about his ability to seperate. He has 4.49 speed thats .01 slower than Davis. Its also faster than Mike Evans, .02 slower than ABs, faster than Decker. His route tunning does need work though, his routes need to be crisper but thats the only gripe I have concerning MW abilities. -

One NFL team called Browns to trade for #1 to draft a QB.
Bill_with_it replied to PIZ's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Trading the farm and giving up multiple picks like we did for Sammy while having to fill the roster out without cheap draft commodities is a terrible way to completely destroy the cap and continue on down that below average w/l record. -

Im not a scout and dont act as if I am. What I can tell you that Williams is a tall dude, with a huge cacthing radius. He isnt afraid to work the middle of the field. The guy is tough as nails. He can go up and get the balls out of the air. He doesnt catch the ball with his body and has a navk of tracking that ball like no other top wr prospect.Oh yeah he doesnt disappear in big games. -
This was my first post in this thread:Adams or Williams whomever is available. Stud37, on 08 Apr 2017 - 11:15 PM, said: Ross is light years better than Davis. But Hooker is the best on that list bar none. Ross couldnt even run the 40 without pulling ip. Hasnt the likes of Marquise and Roscoe taught you anything? Is that punk ass behavior mod?

Mayock: Some teams have taken Ross off draft boards due to injury. The fastest player in the history of the NFL Scouting Combine won't even be on the board for some teams when the NFL draft commences next week. NFL Network draft expert Mike Mayock said Friday on a media teleconference that injury concerns have made Ross undraftable for some, and downgraded for others. "There are some teams that have pushed him either down their boards or off their boards because of injuries," Mayock said. "He's had surgery on his shoulder, he's had surgery on both knees, and he's got a small frame. So the durability is a big issue with him right now.
