  1. Hey guys just got word Matt Ryan is getting forced into a new contract because of his 2d half sb performance. Lets go illegally tamper with him because you know everyone does it. Yeah kind of crazy to think we would release our #1 player at a skill position that helped to ensure our team was a top ten scoring offense when we dont have a replacement.
  2. Hey guys the buffalo bills were going to release sammy watkins at the end of this year because hes been so injury rampant. Se how ridiculous and down right irrational it sounds to make a statement like that wothout proof?
  3. Tyrod wasnt set to be an UFA until 2021-2022. The legal tampering didnt apply to him.Tyrod is signed by the club, that means Tyrod wasnt cut. T No he couldnt because Tyrod wasnt set to become an UFA. Try again.
  4. I see you are still having a rather difficult time at understanding what is being written.Tyrod was under contract. Noone except for a few key individuals knew what they planned to do with Tyrod. This conversation was about Tyrod. Hopefully that helps a bit. Do you have any facts or reports from any members of the bills organization stating that they were going to cut Tyrod? Do you have any facts or reports from Taylor stating that the Bills were going to cut Tyrod? Do you have any facts or reports from Taylors agent that the Bills were going to cut Tyrod?
  5. Who stated noone does it?I read shaw state thst noone is doing it for a Tyrod. With a very good set of circumstances making it very plausible that noone did illegally tamper with him. Drop the pitch fork and think about it for a minute. The rights for Taylor belonged to the Bills and noone else. If another team stated they were going to pay something for him and his agent attempted to use that as leverage, do you really think the Bills would pit up with that?
  6. Love my Bills. Glad we have a coach with what seems to be quite a bit of authority, that also seems to be no nonsense.
  7. I cant agree with what you are speculating. Noone can possibly know that except for Tyrod, his agent, and the Buffalo Bills organization.
  8. The only fact is he was under contrqct and not a ufa. So you can act as jf your opinion is fact, but its more baloney than fact. You have zero insight as to what this organization was planning to do with Taylor.
  9. As opposed to the cbs that we could have afforded had Whaley not induced cap hell on us.
  10. The kid threw a promising opportunity away because he cant remain free of devastating immature and selfish behavior.
  11. Im telling you that teams get into significant hot water for it and teams as recent as a year aggo have lost significant assets in the process for their actions.
  12. 1. Not behind Manuel picking up bad tendencies.2. Somewhere between PS and second string all based on his abilities and the coaching staffs evaluation.
  13. He was under contract, with an out for the team. Legal tampering period:https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000641702/article/what-is-the-legal-tampering-period%3FnetworkId%3D4595%26site%3D.news%26zone%3Dstory%26zoneUrl%3Durl%253Dstory%26zoneKeys%3Ds1%253Dstory%26env%3D%26pageKeyValues%3Dprtnr%253Daround-the-league%26p.ct%3DAround%2Bthe%2BNFL%26p.adsm%3Dfalse%26p.tcm%3D%2523fff%26p.bgc1m%3D%25230964bf%26p.bgc2m%3D%2523053a74%26sr%3Damp Notice the key word UFA, now go look at his previous contract....see 2022 UFA? Tha S when the legal tampering process would have apply for Tyrod. Not 2016. Further, I just provided you an article showing the ramifications of tampering. Chiefs lost 2 draft picks and 350k for tampering with regard to Maclin. Just because you say something doesnt mean its true especially when you have been handed information to the contrary.
  14. Does he have that "it" that Whaley covets? "It", is soooo much more important than accuracy, footwork, football smarts, ability call an offense...
  15. He wasnt set to be a free agent how hard is that for you to understand?Two-day period where teams are allowed to begin negotiations with soon-to-be unrestricted free agents. His previous contract was 2016-2021.
  16. No i dont. For the reasons stated. Look no further than this for what can happen regarding tampering: https://www.google.com/amp/www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/nfl-hammers-chiefs-for-tampering-with-huge-fine-loss-of-two-draft-picks/amp/ Chiefs lost a 3rd round a six rd and 350k for tampering regarding Maclin.
  17. Some rational thoughts rather than quick takes and hot takes. I agree with you 100. It also creates as you can see from the responses in this thread that the perception is they might take one at ten, so it might be an attempt to force a trade of picks in addition to the reasons and rational you stated.
  18. Taylor was under contract big guy. If there was interest and anyone reached out to him thats called tampering. As such agents can have their licenses revoked and teams can be fined monetarily and via draft picks. Probabaly why YOU thought there was no interest.
  19. Ok you are right. The sole fact that ej was not re-signed by the team that drafted him and the GM that stated he was a top backup in this league is evident to the fact that he isnt a top backup in this league.
  20. Nice find, I was wrong. I doubt you find more that have him in the first dont prior to the combine.
  21. Bandit the kid is on record stating he didnt tell the coaching staff till after the season about that injury in 2014 he said so. He only caught like 11 passes and stated that he was 75% out of his own mouth. It was worse than him actually missing games because he held the team back by not allowing a healthy starter in there. Ross didn't always see the injuries as a gift. He suffered his first injury against Illinois in the third game of the 2014 season, tearing his meniscus in his right knee. He also needed microfracture surgery after the season. Yet Ross never let on that he was hurt. "It was a kickoff return," Ross said. "Just got rolled up on pretty good. And I felt something in my knee, but I didn't think nothing of it. My knee swelled up after the game. And it never really went down. But I was worried if I said something, I probably would have to sit out for the rest of the season." Ross had caught a touchdown in each of the Huskies' first three games. He missed the following week, and then played five straight weeks before the knee caught up to him. He caught only 11 passes combined in those games, and now says he wasn't anymore than 75 percent of his best self. "There were days when my leg was so stiff I couldn't run," Ross said, "night games where it was harder for me to get warmer because I had that swelling in my knee. The swelling did not go down at all. There was no chance of the swelling going down. The doctor ended up telling me after I got the MRI after the season, I waited so long, [the knee] started to heal itself. I don't know if that was good or bad."
  22. Show me any mock draft prior to the combine that had this dude top 10 heck first round.
  23. This is total bull. He posted uninformed speculation. Completely unaware of the young mans injury history. I dont care what he does or how hes respected. If you are wrong Im going to point it out. Now you insinuate im an ass because you dont agree with me and i pointed out the guys wrong information in not one but multiple things with ross. Continue to lie to yourself. The kid wouldnt be talked about at all if he hadnt ran as fast as he did in the combine.
  24. When did I say that Yates was better than EJ? The sole idea that EJ was cut refutes the idea that he was the best backup in the league regardless of who we sign.
  25. Read carefully this is what he wrote:" We are hoping that a 57% passer in college will do better than that in NFL." That (bolded) refers to the subject of the sentence (57%passer).
