  1. I suspect teams are scared to death of Josh Allen
  2. I was at my skinniest and my strongest in high school.
  3. Assuming all are healthy: Shakir Palmer Kincaid Coleman Ty Johnson Samuel Cook Moore Davis Knox
  4. Williams. We all love Milano but he is injury prone. I think he’ll get hurt again and Williams will step in and excel.
  5. I hope they do some stuff together before camp. After the Royal Wedding of course!
  6. Camp can’t start soon enough. We’ll have actual football to discuss.
  7. We’re all fans for sure. I go back to opening game of 1960. I just hope to put your mind at ease.
  8. A serious question for you. Why are you seemingly obsessed by this? A number of folks, myself included, have said to you that this is what actors do. I have pointed out to you that my daughter is an actor and that they are trained to be able to do scenes and leave it behind when the job is done. They have specific intimacy coordinators for such scenes; my daughter would tell you that such scenes have nothing romantic about them given the direction that goes into them not to mention being surrounded by cameramen and crew. They go out on travel junkets with fellow actors to promote their films. And yes they are friends with fellow actors with whom they have done such scenes, but at the end of the day they all have lives. Lives that include their wives, husbands, children and so on. But you just want to ignore all this. Let’s say instead of the role Hailee had in this film, she plays a role where she is a psychotic murderer. Would you be here worried that she would grab a carving knife and stab Josh in the throat one night? You have indicated your profession is psychology. If you had a patient who, despite getting input from numerous sources as to the lack of harm about some conduct, refuses to accept it and continues with ungrounded fears, would you as a professional be concerned? Josh and Hailee from all accounts appear quite happy and if rumors are correct will be getting married later this month. Why not celebrate the love this couple shares instead of being fearful of non-existing monsters lurking in the dark?
  9. I was in Downtown Buffalo a few years ago and didn’t recognize the place. They could accommodate a crowd where Highmark is now and where the new stadium will be situated.
  10. If you look at Palmer and Moore you have to look at their situations. Moore has never had a quality QB throwing to him, and Palmer comes from. Greg Roman offense. I think Brady’s schemes are more receiver friendly.
  11. You are like a dog with a chew toy now. Actors act; what they do on stage or on film is their job. Let it go.
  12. Very interesting! The curve ball convinced me to focus on golf when I was younger
  13. Absolutely, let’s be civil. I don’t think our offense is going to be any worse than last season based on the changes made. Only thing on paper now that could negatively affect things is if Cook sits out, but I don’t see that happening. Of course, you can’t predict injuries and such. I am intrigued by the changes on D. I think we’ll be stronger up front, about the same at LB, and the DBs are going to be a battle. Yep, agree on all counts. Can’t wait for camp to start.
  14. If Green Bay can do it Buffalo certainly can. And with the new stadium I bet we have an inside track
  15. I guess I would argue that it’s great to have a great QB. To me the focus now should be on reupping Cook
  16. Agree with your last sentence. You can see my remarks to Finn above. Those said if Beane pulled off some kind of stunning trade for a guy like Jefferson, fine by me. But our offense will be top 10 regardless
  17. I hope you are not deliberately trying to state that I don’t care about winning a Lombardi, because I think you know how ridiculous that would be. I challenge the idea that Beane stood pat. They wanted some more downfield potential in the WR corps. Many complained about separation ability. So they brought Palmer in who ranks high in separation ability, and a speedier guy in Moore. I’m not sure how that downgrades from last year. I would remind you and others of the conversation this time last year. People were laughing about Hollins, but he turned out to be a pretty good addition. We laugh right now but maybe Shavers now fills that role; he certainly can contribute on special teams. Last year folks talked about how Shakir wouldn’t step up, but he did. This year it’s all about Coleman, as if a rookie WR cannot possibly improve his second year. As far as grading our offense last year on the basis of one play (which was a great call by Spags, and even then Kincaid should have caught it), I would refer to Statistics 101. I am using an entire season to base conclusions. You are relying apparently on a sample size of N =1. An N=- doesn’t have meaning.
  18. Oh for God sakes. Just stop with this. You do not define an entire offense by one play in a season. The Bills offense scored the most points in the league last year, and a great defensive call by Spagnolo kept us from going to the dance. By any objective measure the Bills had a great offense last year. I see no reason why it won’t be among the best in the league again this season.
  19. If you do the math I think the difference over 40 yards between a guy that runs a 4.2 vs a 4.4 40 is a little more than a yard.
  20. Again if Beane decides to trade a bunch of guys to get say a Jefferson, fine. But when are folks going to objectively look back at last season and realize that we had a great offense without a star WR? That Brady’s offense uses the running game effectively as well as spreading the passing game around to all the WRs, TEs, and RBs? When is that going to happen? And please don’t come back with the idea that we’d be lost if we didn’t have Josh, because the fact is we DO have Josh. Just like the Chiefs have Mahomes without a stud WR.
  21. You keep insisting on something that is simply not the case. You are making the assumption he is uncomfortable, while I can tell you from personal experience from watching my daughter and a number of her friends and colleagues that is not how that industry works. You have specific coaching and direction for intimacy scenes, it is more clinical than anything , and at the end of the day you go back to your private life. This is what actors do, and their significant others understand that. You misunderstood. It was not tough to watch because I know she was doing her job and acting.
  22. I refer you to my above comment. All what you describe are part of an actor’s job.
