And the same can be said for Mahomes as one example. Maybe Goff too considering how beat up their D is.
Sure. Right.
You had a game here where the two best offenses in the league played two injury ravaged defenses. I would have preferred we not play zone in the fourth quarter but am not surprised they came back
All you’re doing here is setting up false comparisons based on single plays. Goff ran around today and made some great plays off script as did Josh. The NFL is full of extraordinarily talented athletes and we saw a bunch of them make great plays today. Is Josh perhaps the most physically talented? I’d say yes. But that doesn’t mean the great plays made by teammates are somehow tarnished because of that.
Then do so
Because Josh is great. And Brady called a great play. And Johnson ran it and made a great catch. What is it so damn difficult to recognize that? Josh is a phenomenal QB having a phenomenal year - does that mean the contributions of others need to be ignored or denigrated?
Josh is phenomenal. Unquestionably the MVP. Of course we’re dependent on him as is all teams with talented QBs. The words I just used. So disrespecting? Get over yourself and your junk. Like challenging me to a bet that the Lions would score their first drive of the second half then welching on it. Have some class and send the $100 to Oishei..
Cook has only less TD we lose.
Torrence has one less pass protection.
And so on.
And so on.
Josh is phenomenal. Unquestionably the MVP. But can’t and does not do it all alone.
I don’t understand this for the game today. We did slow them down in the first half with 3 of 4 DBs out. In the second half they rolled and then we were missing Milano and Williams. Both offenses are great at any time, but when playing two injury riddled ads it would be more surprising if the offenses hadn’t gone nuts.
