lol! i don't remember the name, but she was the middle linebacker. my dad was her accountant, and i remember him telling her she would be better driving down the road and throwing her money out of the window. the team no longer exists. -

this is as good of an idea as when my cousin bought the local women's pro football team. -
i'm not sure there's as much of a diverse type of fan in wny than some other areas, but i get your idea. i'm at the point where's i'd like to bring my family. i have a 4 and 7 year old, and i think they would love it, but it's a bit too old for them now. it's not so much that they wouldn't sit still but i don't want them in that environment quite yet. our family had a "rule" that you could go when you were 10, but if you're willing to sit in the clubs, is far more tame and a much better place for kids. my wife an i were at the home opener a couple of years ago, and i was shocked how many families were in the club.

i get it. i'm not sure those quotes are as telling as you may think, but they certainly could be. i'd wait to see exactly how they changed the internal before getting worked up one way or the other. i personally don't care much about the amenities, as i rather see a good game experience. i say that as a partial truth. since we really don't tailgate anymore, i like to go into the stadium a bit early, get some food, hang out and have a few drinks. we usually sit in the jim kelly club, and it has gotten blah, so upgrades would be nice. outside of that, anything extra isn't something i would typically use. you'll probably see a bills hall of fame area, more stores, more food choices, etc. i'm guessing it's just going to be an upgraded version of what you have now, and that works for me. i think people need to move on from the idea of what the titans stadium is. at the end of the day they'll get more because they spent a lot more. i'm not sure they found it a great financial idea to build a palace in wny. outside of this area, absolutely no one will care. not even the people from downstate will give a *****, so this really just seems to be a small, regional thing. the level of investing being put in is likely just right for the area. @mrags...he's trying to tear us apart.

I really wanted a dome. I can’t stand the cold and would love to go to a game and relax for a few hours without the elements. I get you always have to prepare for tailgating, but we really don’t do that anymore. The difference is once I learned the stadium didn’t have a dome, I said oh well and moved on from it. It sucks, but it’s over. The point I was trying to make before about the renderings was that I’m not sure you can have a perfect conclusion to where the awning stops. It’s hard to tell exactly where it ends, so who know how much it covers. It may be more than some are griping about, it could be exactly what’s shown. Not sure. even though the design is kind of uninspiring, I’m sure it’s going to be a huge upgrade and a lot of fun to experience.
-
Tell you what. Why don’t you send me your address, and I’ll send you the best rain poncho money can buy. Ya know…on account of there not being a dome. Don’t want you to get too wet.
-
i love that you drink so early.

i gave my impression like you did that's all. it bothers you because it's pretty evident the internet bothers you. you try with these jabs, but you don't realize how foolish you come off. for example, you ask me if i have a job! sure i do. i even own my own business. yet you were the one posting until what, 3am? here you are, all angry and bitter again, posting away/ what do you do for work? on top of that, ,i don't think you understand the rich irony of calling someone a beaten down girlfriend. you desperately tried to use it as an insult, when you didn't realize at all you were describing yourself! let me cry about how this team is wronging me, yet i'll give them thousands whenever they ask!!! see now? take a back seat. you're out of your league.
-
lol! you still angry? how late at night were you all red faced and typing away? this obviously bothers you. you're letting a stadium that you have zero control over you cause you stress. that's not healthy. why don't you take a break champ? you'll probably feel less stressed, and that is not good for your blood pressure.
-
didn't you feel the board was angry enough art?
-
did you guys hear that there may not be a dome?
-
a lot of the parks around here have them. i've never played but it does look like fun, and it's another good reason to be outside. i think they had the national disc gold championships in rochester years ago, so i know it's a thing here.
-
I think you all need to realize that the Pegulas hate you.
-
Lol! You are deep with insecurities! Hey, when you decide to stop being a beaten girlfriend, or just can’t afford you tickets anymore, let me know and maybe I’ll buy them at a discount. Hell, maybe I’ll even throw in a few extra bucks so you can take your family to Arbys.
-
guess when spending 8k a year isn't stupid? when you can afford it! maybe you can't but others can and will. and i don't think buffalo has a small mind mentality in general. you were the one getting into the buffalo mentality...not me. you're the typical angry buffalo resident that nothing goes well for them and they just can't wait to leave. that's the loser mentality. i don't love living here because of the weather, but i make it work for me. notice how you don't seem to get this kind of complaining from people slightly outside of buffalo? it's a problem caused by people like you. you complain how buffalo is awful, and then in the same breath tell everyone else how they just don't get it. get over it already. this old man crying is so unbecoming. sack up, be a man, and get your ***** together. if it makes you feel better insulting the people from rochester, go nuts. we're not the ones crying about cost and our difficult lives. whaaaaa i live in buffalo. whhhhaaaaaa i didn't get a dome. whhhhhaaaa i'm a beaten girlfriend. grow up.
-
i can't say i disagree with any of this. i'm not saying you should sell your ticket at all. i'm just pointing out that you're the beaten girlfriend you like to call others out as if you keep going back. people are melting down over renderings. i can't wait until the specific specs come out. you think we could have had more, so do you think he pegulas and the state are hold back just because? so make a few buck selling you tickets to "clueless" people from rochester. we can afford them, and we'll have fun at the game without having this bizarre complex about the city we're from.
-
blindly accepting? i'm just not bent out of the design at all. i'm sure it will a be a big upgrade and i'll enjoy myself like i always do...even without a dome. it's called being well adjusted. you really need to stop with the getting bent over nonsense. are you giving up your seasons? if not, you're the one getting bent over. you'll be spending more and putting up with it. either show yourself to be a man of your word, or just pipe down already. bitching on a message board doesn't mean you're being an activist. you just think you're blowing off all that steam after paying money for something you don't like. it's fine to discuss what's liked and not liked. there's far more than that. it's the typical board crying. we don't have something, and when we finally get it, people cry because it's not the exact way they would like it. i never told anyone not to have an opinion, or that their opinion didn't matter. i only jumped into this thread when i saw people trying to reason why the bills were getting screwed on cost. it's obvious those posters have no idea what their talking about and just want to complain. then you stared in the the buffalo mentality nonsense. it's not a buffalo problem, it's you. you think this area of the state owes you anything? give it a break. you're here for whatever reason, so make the best of it. the zip code isn't the problem.
-
oh, i have an opinion whether you're too sensitive to hear it. you're realizing your opinion just isn't that important, and it's scaring you. if i spend a dime at all at the stadium or any tax revenue, i'm going to have an opinion. i go to a few game a year and live in rochester. this isn't enough for you? listen. you don't like how the new stadium fits your needs. it's now an uncomfortable place to see games, you're getting older and don't want to do it. i can understand, but these angry buffalo tirades are a joke. buffalonians or western new yorker don't have a problem. you do.
