  1. it means a lot when someone goes out of their way for you like this. i did some work for a family member of an employee as a favor, and in no way expected anything in return. a few months later, he hands me a signed josh allen bills helmet. i'm looking at it in my office right now.
  2. have they done multiple? it's the only one i remember.
  3. i also have a random paranoia of white out games. when did the bills do it last? i have it in my head that it was when they introduced the pegulas as the owners, and the bills played the jets. white t-shirts. did not go well.
  4. i feel like you're setting us up for another i'm right thread. you've stated the bills are the better team and i agree. if the bills win, it's an, "i'm right" because you predicted a win. if the bills lose, it's an, "i'm right" because you said if they played scared, they'd lose.
  5. yes. also, when did i ever say i picked the bills to be the underdog.? i think the bills will win, but they have to play mistake free football. that being said, how could anyone be shocked if the pats won? they're playing more consistent football. so...excuses? excuses for what? what you quoted me on has absolutely nothing to do with your comments to me. you completely deserve how you're treated on this board.
  6. many didn't believe the bills would win one playoff game last year, and here we are. you may not believe he can win a championship, but i bet the pegulas feel he can, which is what really matters. i'm also not of the impression of specific windows to win a superbowl. i get it, but as long as you have strong coaching and qb play, you're always in it. even if this year ends up being a total failure, i still don't think there will be questions about job security of anyone on this staff. there would be major concerns, but i don't think the seat is hot at all.
  7. last year under a different name, you made this same comment over and over and over. according to you, half of the games this staff has played has been the biggest game of their tenure. i'd take any of the playoff games as being more meaning full than any game this year, but that's just me.
  8. so now it goes from being one and done to not making the playoffs? even then it would be unreasonable to want anyone on this staff fired. you'd want to get rid of the one coach this team has had any success with of the last 20 years and take a shot on a new one? wouldn't it be more prudent to give them an offseason to smooth out the wrinkles and get things right? again, very few reasonable people would agree with you.
  9. i'm guessing very few reasonable people would have this take.
  10. you've been given actual response multiple times. you just typically don't like what you hear. allen definitely wasn't the same player at the beginning of last year as he was towards the end. i suppose that's where we disagree. i also disagree that coaching and play calling is the reason why the bills are stumbling a bit this year. you can blame the staff for not addressing certain needs i suppose, but the OL has been a mess. and for the offense of the bills being better...they should be. they are on paper, but that doesn't matter. right now the pats are playing better, more consistent football. there's no question to that. does it mean the bills will lose? not at all.
  11. bud, no on is cherry picking anything depending on whether they like you as a poster. that's completely in your head. you give examples by posting two box scores from last year. you say the bills played scared last year in the first game and less so in the second. this was discussed countless times last year. you think the bills were playing scared, and most felt allen wasn't the qb he eventually became in the second game. the bills were far more cautious and conservative due to allen's development imo. you mention that the offense is the same, but is it the same pat's defense this year? isn't that worth considering. when you did a thread where the offense seemed off, that all started with a thread where you felt diggs wasn't getting enough targets. that's when people disagreed with you. the offense was humming along, and as long as the production was there, no one seemed to care where the production was coming from. most i'm sure would still feel that way. then it evolved into something strange. you think there are issues with the offense this year, and there are. you think it's due to coaching and play calling, where i think it's more of a personnel issue, especially with the line. so after all of this, what's your endgame? to tell everyone you're right? why? do you need it that bad?
  12. you were questioned because it's not an apples to apples comparison. what happened against the pats last year is a completely different scenario due to who the pats are now. i think you're on someone's radar now.
  13. nonsense. i've answered you in many threads with honest answers, and those responses are ignored. you just typically respond to drama. i even made a comment in regards to the pats losing to the giants in the sb, and you attacked it. you really need to stop blaming other people for the grief you get in your threads. this forum is very fair, and people get respect when they give it to others.
  14. it's far more of a stretch for you to acknowledge the value in someone else's opinion as is seen with your posting.
  15. see? you don't understand. it's wasn't a profound point, but it negates the point your trying to make, (for some strange reason). this is why you get what you get from posters. make another thread for attention though.
  16. correct. it means absolutely nothing. you just don't want to hear another opinion. if you want to blame me for how people are treating, go ahead. it won't help you, but go ahead. let me guess...you were the kid in school that instigated arguments, and once they didn't go your way, you ran and complained that you were being bullied? this isn't about me. this is about how you have no ability to reason or see other people's points. figure yourself out, or continue to be treated this way.
  17. the giants beat the pats in the superbowl the year the pats had an undefeated regular season. they were not the better team. they were jus the better team that day.
  18. i can't play an instrument, and i'd still be the best artist in the eagles.
  19. why? so you can post the same thing over and over? we've been here before with you. just post last year's box scores, and let us know again that the bills were picked to go to the sb. people will give you countless reasons why this doesn't mean anything, yet you'll blow it off, and repeat what you've already said. we get it. did you notice that the only time this thread would go off the rails a bit is when you were involved. posters were having decent discussions until you chimed in...in your own thread. don't blame poster's reactions on me. look at how you handle posting, and deal with yourself.
  20. but did you hear that the bills were tabbed to win the superbowl, and should win this game?
