Feedback from the steelers forum...woah
Figster replied to Hebert19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think after watching Buffalo vs 49ers after the loss probably didn't help matters. Myself personally, the Steelers are worn down from the compressed scheduling IMO. -
Playbooks staying and leaving with Daboll
Figster replied to Kelly the Dog's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You also want to succeed because If you don't the next opportunity may never come. I think watching McD complete the process ( championship ) and being a big part of why gives Daboll the kind of platform he needs for sustainable success in the NFL IMO. -

True, On the other hand I don't think the opportunities go away If you turn down offers and go on to achieve more with an organiation like winning a championship. -

Josh Allen is really turning into a players magnet IMO. Its possible that same magnetism is felt strongly by Daboll. As a coach and person how can you not love Josh Allen. Coaching him is a unique opportunity only Allen can bring to the table IMO. The strongest armed QB the NFL has ever seen. Smart , courageous, great leader, players love him. ( accurate ) : ) As Daboll, do you really want to play against Josh Allen? -

Helping Josh Allen win a Championship I hope gives Daboll enough incentive to stay. Can you imagine Daboll going to the Jets and getting teamed up with Trevor Lawrence. : ( -

Innovative coaches have evolving playbooks that they adjust to the players avaiable given the skill sets they offer IMO. Losing Daboll would be such a huge loss for the Buffalo Bills... On a side note Ryan Fitzpatrick has future OC material written all over him IMO. It will be interesting to see how well Fitzy coaches up Tua. ( scary ) The bearded one loves Buffalo. I'm just saying... -

The last time Buffalo started promoting from within the Steve Fatherlychilds O it turned into some slippery , slimmy beast that slayed the holy Trent and even Van Pelt couldn't get a grasp on the abomination. -
As somewhere deep in Terry Bradshaws man cave he weeps softly into his terrible towel and says over and over to himself, he's not accurate enough and never will be, he's not accurate enough, and never will be...

You must admit though starting at 5 PM we have a good evening of football for a Monday. We get a preview of the Steelers and then on to a must win game by both the 49ers and Bills. Is anyone feeling a little nervous? Monday nights haven't exactly gone as planned for the Buffalo Billls. Are the planets in alignment for a change? Does the gravitational pull on the West coast stop Allens poetry in motion? ( for gu ) Danger! Danger! This does not compute...

It shows someone from Buffalo news perhaps has taken an interest to whats being said on TBD. The site itself is one of the best places to find the latest Bills news and often times an outside the box opinion you may not find anywhere else IMO. If its Bills related, we find it, post it, and then dissect it

Week 13: Sunday Games Thread, Around the League
Figster replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You would think with the added wild card team in each conference sitting at 8 - 3 a team should be feeling pretty good about making the playoffs. ( not so ) With the Browns at 9 - 3 and gaining confidence it leaves allot of good football teams fighting for the final wild card spot. Good for the NFL... -
As do I, I remember how it used to be going up against a Ray Lewis led Ravens D. If the game was close in the final minutes more often then not the Ravens D was taking the football. Sometimes very violently. It was an amazing show of force and how one mans strong leadership, will and yes, savagery conquers the opposition.

I think you could put the whole NFL into a quarantine type living style families included and achieve good results IMO. I've always thought since the season began that a 2 week break for the entire league may be needed to help protect the integrity of the game. Depending on how it goes the 3 quarter mark of the season might be the time to consider doing so IMO. The last 4 games will determine allot for many teams.

I think the numbers start climbing to high when you include the coaching staffs IMO, If each state on the other hand could vaccinate its teams NFL active rosters the numbers would stay relatively low IMO. Approximately 3, 200 doses total to help protect the integrity of the game/playoffs and some of the worlds best athlets..

I don't mean to take this conversation into areas I realize you guys are trying to stay away from so strike this from the records your honor If my question is out of order. Uplifting the spirit of the American people perhaps should be deemed essential IMO. Do you think it might be prudent to vaccinate the NFL quickly? We are asking a little more from a pro athlete in a contact sport thats practically impossible not to share air with players from other teams IMO. I'm sure NFL players receive very good medical attention for all injuries or illnesses. Protecting them helps protect everyone in the health care industry thats involved IMO. Even If its just the players.

"Its hard to win in this league." "A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush" It wasn't hard for McD, and a bird in the hand is not worth two in the bush If you go out and get it.

Buffalo needs to run the football and checking the ball down to the RB helps get the run game going IMO. I thought the Buffalo Bills did a much better job vs the Chargers getting Moss and Singletary more involved in the Offense IMO. Big plays can and will occur on a check down... (Holy Trent Batman did I just ask for more check downs)
