Bills Asst. LB coach leaving for Vandy
letsgoteam replied to UConn James's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Actually I was thinking its quite possible that the Bills may have politely told him that they weren't planning to retain him and to seek out new employment to save face. -
Joe B article speculates John Brown will be cut

Yea I'm with you, I dont give a darn about "fantasy results". Sure, if they are leading scorers in fantasy, then they probably are having a great season, but get out of here with that. JB was very productive in 2019. I understand the cap issues, but if the Bills want to keep JB then they will make it happen, regardless of "fantasy" results. Personally I would prefer the Bills to keep JB. Proven results, and knows JA. The grass isnt always greener with some other player. -
Regardless of why, its easy to hate the Chiefs now. Just as it was to easy to hate Brady. Now personally, Brady never lived in my head rent free like some fans seem to, but with him being with the Bucs , Brady doesnt bother me (and owning some of his rookie cards) I am rooting for the Bucs this weekend. The Chiefs were my 2nd favorite team since 2017 (long distance #2, more like a "I dont mind to see them do well"). I had a personal tour of Arrowhead Stadium with Lamar Hunt Jr and it was top notch. I really respect the franchise. But after watching the AFC Championship, I don't really care for the players on the KC Cheifs now. I dont like stupid back flips on TDs, etc, etc. They beat my favorite team, so I hate the team now. They're stupid. I'm not petty, I'm Richard Petty because I have miles of hate for the Chiefs now. 🙃

So this is alot of Captain Obvious stuff, but it will be interesting to see who is resigned from the aspect of what those players are willing to sign for. Ty Nsekhe is an interesting dude. He's 35, he signed in Buffalo for 2 for $10 mil. Where does he go from here? Does a 35 yr old want to play for a "bad" team as 16 game starter or come back to Buffalo as a swing Tackle? Depending on what he is looking for in $, he would be a valuable reserve.

Hopefully this off season begins the "veteran free agent who is wanting a chance for a ring, comes in at below market value for that reason" thing.

Go Bucs, go Brady. Cheifs went to number one on my hate list!

I took a quick look at some message boards and that is a great summery. Im sure it just the board I went to, but those fans are not football fans I'd want to watch a football game with. On that note, I've had a personal tour of Arrowhead Stadium and everything was first class treatment. I really respect the organization.

I think fans would be better off donating to Bills related charities either Buffalo related or a players charity. As others said, Andy Dalton thing cool, JA's grandmother amazing. However, the donating to a charity of someone who dislikes Buffalo (Bomani Jones) or after beating another team (Lamar) isnt that.

Win big now, or lots of victories but no ring?

I want a Super Bowl, and anything after that doesnt matter. I'll take multiple 0-16 seasons if it means they've won a Super Bowl. -

Should really start ignoring the haters and let them have to find a new job where he is covering sports for the "Middle of nowhere Gazette" -
Do You Think the Old Bills Players Reacted Like Fans ?

The fire Tasker had on the broadcast over the refs during fumble/no fumble call against the Colts was amazing. -
Trent Murphy was worthy of the cap hit
letsgoteam replied to Max Fischer's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This should be remembered when ever people are wanting to cut players. I mean lets think of all of the players that most people have wanted to cut off the team this year. Trent Murphy, McKenzie, Roberts, Lee Smith, Yeldon, Barkley, Norman, etc. Not everyone is going to be a super star, and some players are role players. It might cost more, but paying for solid depth is not a bad thing. The team can do it when they have a QB on a rookie salary. Tougher decisions will be made down the road, but for now you build depth like they have. On the other side of the coin, after JA gets paid, thats when vets want to come on lower salaries for a chance at a ring.
