  1. I just tried and now I have 3 less windows
  2. When you live a quarter mile from the stadium and your dad tells you to shovel snow at the ralph or your grounded
  3. It's for teenagers and college kids Not adults.. most typically live within walking distance of the stadium.. or snowmobiling distance
  4. We've shoveled out the Ralph for 50 years man Nothing new
  5. You used to get a ticket 20 years ago when they were tickets available They don't even have a thousand excess tickets to give to snow shovelers now
  6. Only the head coach or someone on the field can call a timeout
  7. Caleb struggled early in the year like lots of rookies but he is coming into his own
  8. Well yeah but Fields is going to go to teams where I suspect he has a chance to win the job for most of his career I don't think he wants to sit on the bench
  9. He is honestly more of a runner His arm is not worth a damn but he runs He's gone for over 2,000 yards in his career for 30 plus yards a game... He is a runner
  10. Well it's probably $150,000 for a season And the only people who have them are corporations or family members of players So yeah they're skeptical because 99% of Joe's can't afford it You're talking 150,000 for extracurricular entertainment
  11. The dream is not Lance leipold era I never said that Even Turner Gill was a good coach I said leipold had the program exactly where ub's visions were 20 years ago Consistently being an upper tier Mac team... Two MAC championship games in a row That is attainable for UB football with other coaches And they did lead the Mac in attendance FYI during leipold days
  12. Yeah but that's what you want They want to become a football school... Division 1 programs take 20 30 40 years to build sustainably These school's been playing football for 110th Straight years... It doesn't happen overnight Our children will see a better UB football program then we did
  13. The baseball program was getting cut regardless because the facilities were not up to D1 level and they were not going to upgrade them They play 15 straight away games to start the season because the weather isn't good enough to play at home You think playing 15 straight away games is okay for a division I School? Reasons like that are why they cut the program They lose money because they had to go on the road 15 straight games UB as an athletic department spends more money today on basketball then they did 7 years ago and track and field... Because getting rid of a baseball program that was outdated and losing money You act like you're super informed yet don't care about the school... But I care about the school and I've been involved in it for 20 years
  14. You act like they've been a basketball powerhouse for 50 years and they gutted it lol Witherspoon was at UB for like 14 years and didn't win 1 Mac championship in basketball.. What they did is luck out with Bobby Hurley and Nate oats back to back Those two people are responsible for the basketball program becoming good not the school being a great basketball school UB baseball was mediocre... With a couple of good kids.. but every single division one baseball program has a couple good kids The program also lost them money It's hard to have a consistent program when you can't play home games when the baseball season starts because it's too cold so they're constantly on the road in the beginning of the season and the program loses money UB football brings in the most money and it doesn't lose any Go watch UB women's nobody stopping you You literally bring up their baseball program LOL It was completely mediocre and it was tough to play home games at home when the season started because the weather It also lost money They didn't cut baseball because of football.. they cut it because it was losing the money, and it was mediocre They had a couple of good kids on losing baseball teams.. I don't care if they had a few kids drafted because basically every single division one baseball school has kids drafted There's 45 rounds.. division two players get drafted and so do division 3 players UB should have some MLB draftees being division 1 It doesn't change the fact that they play 15 straight road games to start seasons... Had the lowest budget in the Mac.. and the worst facilities The baseball program was dying before they finished it off
  15. Vandy loss is basically inexcusable... For Alabama that is insane Yes I get that Oklahoma isn't as good as it technically usually is... But it still has Oklahoma recruits and talent... If their defense hasn't been on the field all year they might have a top 5 defense So while it was a bad loss to Oklahoma.. Oklahoma still has a lot of talent and has a mean defense
  16. They are not moving Buffalo Bills games every year now Three games in 10 years have been postponed to weather... Two regular season games were moved to a different city The playoff game was rescheduled in Buffalo Three games because of weather in a decade
  17. It went from Sunday to Monday in orchard Park Not like they played it in Pittsburgh
  18. There have been 2-3 games moved in 30 years It's not like it happens yearly
  19. Great regular season! Proud of the boys!
  20. Last season... With a terrible coach who was bottoming out the program... UB averaged 13,000 per game... Toledo averaged 19,000 and led the Mac Go back when we were winning with leipold... And the bulls were leading the mac in ticket sales When you're bad for three or four years of course it hurts attendance When they have success a couple years in a row they bring in more fans The entire Mac does not have big attendance And Mac football revenue all has the same guidelines... So all the Mac schools are getting that student funding too More consistent money is an easier way to a long-term stable program... Would you rather see your football program have 3 million in revenue or 10 million in revenue Any school would rather see 10 million
  21. I think by regulations they have to leave a small percentage of tickets available to the rest of the public and away fans
  22. In 2023 .. a down year UB as a school had 40 million dollars in revenue... The highest of any Mac School Northern Illinois only had 22 million in revenue for a comparison UB also it had the highest football revenue iirc
  23. So every mac school is honest but UB fluffs there totals ? They have ticket receipts
