Allen has grown leaps and bounds in dissecting coverage... Teams used to throw complex funky sub packages at him... Amoeba looks with roaming lineman and backers to confuse him It worked for the first 1.5 years of his career... Now he dissects it and beats its ... Now where Allen struggles is where Brady and Manning and all the greats struggle When he's not getting protected and his receivers can't separate... He has no problem reading and dissecting complex zone defenses now Sometimes like Rogers he will hold the ball for longer shots and pass up an open receiver... But that's not because he's confused... It's because he's willing to take a sack or hold the ball for the right read that he wants sometimes

Jones absolutely is a fast processor but it's absolutely something that is learnable The majority of all QBs improve in this department as they get experience and see more defense's Allen absolutely struggled as a rookie their and has grown leaps and bounds ... 10 fold improvement

Just because it's happened with some players doesn't mean it's going to happen with all them Every single recruit knows what they're getting into when they come to play under boehiem... Some think they can handle it and can't Most suck it up and get better Benny is super talented, but is not a big offensive threat right now.. he has a flat jump shot and needs to learn how to score in college He is a threat on the defensive side of the ball and Jim will find minutes for him in the rotation.. but he's not going to go to somewhere in the portal and start scoring 25 He needs to work on his offense game

Chad Hall, even more impressed with him

Teddy Bridgewater...what? Nice tackle attempt...

Lots of NFL quarterbacks are honestly coached to never tackle a person on an inception They are way too valuable to get hurt -
I Don't think anyone is considering entering the portal 2 games in .. let alone the lone recruit in a class who will get maximum coaching
-
I'm still not sold on breida yet... His fumble was literally JV esque It's scary to think you might give him the ball in a crucial playoff game.. a few touches and a fumble is scary but he is explosive

When leodis stopped being a full-time returner.. and focused on cornerback He absolutely started displaying ball skills Unfortunately he was just 29 years old He had some beautiful interceptions late in his career.. was top five in the league in 2014 before he got hurt and interceptions and was top 10 in past breakups the year before if I recall correctly Like you said super athletic, but he really didn't put it together at corner till he was 28 29

2022 class is Fuego 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

A dark time would be winning 2-3 games a year for a while The school is absolutely committed to football and they're not going to take much losing before they cut ties There's still a long way before UB is in the bottom of the MAC talent wise

Think I'd agree

Buffalo716 replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
@Hapless Bills Fan I would say that the hole is a mirage... The Bills obviously didn't know how to block the alignment LG go straight to the second level because the dlineman is slightly outside of him at 3tech... He should have combod him until Dawkins got control and then went to the second level -

Among unqualified guards with limited snaps And there's been a lot of players who have played well in limited snaps.. then got a full load and struggled I don't even care what PFF says I think the site's a joke... Feliciano was also rated higher than teller in 19 No matter what any site says wyatt teller did not look like an All pro guard with the Buffalo Bills... He was losing the job to journeyman.. he didn't win it convincingly According to PFF feliciano didn't allow a sack last year.. nobody thinks he's a great pass blocker
-
"PFF gave Teller the best run-blocking grade of any guard in 2020, but noted his pass protection wasn't nearly at the same level. He allowed 14 pressures and three sacks last season. " Listen nobody's saying he's not a good football player... But he's a lot better run blocking then he is pass blocking The same site that you list to praise him is the same one saying he's not nearly as good in that department
-
They Took their grades from PFF that season... Played at Virginia tech so they wrote the article 60 grade in 2018.. 56 in 2019 with the browns to 92.9 in 20 He really improved

https://hokiesports.com/news/2021/2/11/wyatt-teller-earns-top-20-ranking-from-pro-football-focus.aspx "Best run blocker in the NFL"... "His pass blocking wasn't stellar" . That was during his All pro year Your cherry picking a preseason game for the Buffalo Bills when he's playing against guys bagging groceries.. He wasn't even stellar his first year in Cleveland... He graded out lower than he did in Buffalo He is a vastly different player today than what he was here
