I don’t think there is any chance he comes back unfortunately I think his draft stock will actually jump decently towards the draft hes as good as gone : (
-
I’m seeing the Harlem globetrotters with the family downtown this week lol
-
This team is close to being good They are right there… Playing 4 freshmen obviously leave some inexperience
-
Just wanna say I gave a 3* grade to Gunnar Grey before 247 ranked him lol also commitment from another JUCO QB 3* Richie Watts 2 of the top 5 JUCO QBs… the competition will be great
-
I agree that he basically sucks for the nfl but the bridge from college to pros is so large he is basically the bridge of camps arms i just don’t like saying any pro sucks seeing I know how hard it is to make it to that level and they don’t “suck”
-
Probably because Weistsman likes bringing high profile guys to the game I assume he went with him ….@Johnny Hammerstickswould know
-
Agin that is the role of an nfl backup chase is better than 99% of QBs alive when you factor in HS College and Pros… But NFL teams will never hitch their wagon to him because of his size and pedigree and traits So he has to live the life of a backup quarterback… The difference between him and Ryan Fitzpatrick is situation’s
-
What you don’t realize is a lot of QBs DO NOT want to be QB #3 or 4 especially for years especially guys with top 3-4 round pedigree… they grind is too much and they already made some money EJ Manuel could hack it as a QB 3-4 for a decade but it’s not even worth it to a guy who made 1st round money and doesn’t cut it but a guy like Johnson who only wants to play Football can find a camp because teams always need camp arms and he hasn’t made a ton The pool of 3rd 4th string QBs is slim … you are going young or bad with experience
-
I don’t think I ever said Johnson was better than Daniel … not once what I did was show that he isn’t the only QB to bounce around for a decade plus without ever having a serious chance to play a lot in fact he did get more chances than chase and he’s worse
-
Chase Daniel was actually on more active rosters than Josh and played less It’s definitely not common… but it happens I think Josh was actually only on 10 Gameday rosters… Spread out over 15 years I don’t even think he was in the league for all 15 years… Off-season member… Future contracts… While making like 10 actual rosters
-
Again you have no idea how he is in the locker room and that’s the difference Chase Daniel played for almost 15 years and has less starts then Josh Johnson! There are always a few long-term back ups who stick around and don’t play… Especially if you have athletic gifts HIs athleticism make him a better option than most 3rd string QBs
-
He’s a 3rd 4th string quality QB… OFC he doesn’t light it up He’s there for the locker room… If you get down to that quarterback you’re screwed
-
It’s not sad or poetic Do you know how many people would kill to play for 15 NFL teams? The dude understand what it takes to be a back up quarterback in the NFL… Most backups don’t
-
I mean I understand that but I don’t even think he’s Josh Allen talent… Let alone he doesn’t have his combination of size speed strength… And the Niners went to a SB in 19 without him… They weren’t in futility… The Niners plug-in just about anybody and look pretty good I’m gonna go out on a limb and say Josh Allen walks into the Hall of Fame… I’m gonna go on another limb and say Christian McCaffrey does not go to the Hall of Fame @BADOLBILZ running backs are just built different now … Even a lot of the Top backs today would have been back ups 25 years ago Is Christian McCaffrey a really good football player? Yea I would never compare him to Josh Allen Who other football players Call an alien
-
I stopped reading after you called us perennial losers I guess our back to back AFL titles…. 88 89 90 91 93 95 20 21 22 divisional champ teams are losers Not too mention the only teams to go to 4 straight super bowls , a feat that will probably never be broken yes we are losers I don’t even know why I like this team end sarcasm
-
I’m not denying the talent of Christian McCaffrey His stature is just way too small to be the “Josh Allen” of anything… Josh is a 6’5 250 pound unicorn quarterback McCaffreys 5’11 barely 200 pounds… He may be Marshall Faulk Esque but he is not the josh Allen of running backs again if anything Derrick Henry at 6’3 245 running blazing speeds is the josh Allen of running backs … he’s the only physical specimen like josh
-
Yeah CMC is a beast but he isn’t the unicorn josh is lol If anything Derrick Henry is the Josh Allen of running backs
-
That is very very false There are some positional coaches who are extremely extremely great coaches… Like good enough to be coordinator or head coach quality But the stress of being a positional coach is a lot less and Some coaches find happiness in coaching individuals You can really work one on one as a positional coach

Yea Ralph is a Hall of Famer This is one of your bad takes Was he perfect? No He did many great things for the AFL NFL and Buffalo Bills including giving my city 2 AFL championships… And ensuring they stay here forever He also made one of his players the highest paid players ever in the 70s 80s , The 90s teams called the million dollar bills and 2000s He spent money On the wrong guys and that’s not even including all the millions and millions and millions of dollars he gave to the city of Buffalo to build Children’s hospitals and other stuff including making sure we STAY If the bills won four games a year for 50 years… And my last sentence was still true about him giving tons of his money to the city…. And keeping us here … That would still make him a good owner and a great person Ralph was the AFL and is the Buffalo Bills
