Yeah You can’t be a bum coach all your life and become an NFL head coach You need to have success and be highly thought of So when people call Hackett a bum it’s crazy because he’s better than 99.9% of football coaches in the world Was he a bad nfl head coach? yea But you need to be highly thought of and have enough success to be an NFL head coach.. 1 of 32 in the world There’s millions of coaches who never sniff the NFL I have players and coaches backs.. I don’t diss coaches for no reason.. It’s a cutthroat job being an NFL coach

Our OC was fired from his last job as a QB coach … didn’t even get a job for a year … and than latched onto josh Allen the best player in the world

Every single player reacts to concussions differently… Some get one and they’re messed up for life Some people get 5 and it doesn’t affect their long-term health… Tua becoming Stiff and twitching was definitely scary I lost my college football career because of concussions…. You can see CTE brain damage in guys like Antonio Brown Thankfully Morse doesn’t seem to be in that category as of now

The south towns arent a part of the inner ring suburbs Yeah the south towns always get hit the most… Buffalo and it’s inner ring suburbs… Sloan , Cheektowaga, west Seneca , Depew , Tonawanda all average around 85 inches a year I was talking snow in the inner rings

I mean the Depew Lancaster border is not far from the airport… I can go from Cheektowaga to Depew Lancaster in a five minute walk from my house My fathers in Lancaster and I’m at the airport and we usually get around the same amount.., 10 extra inches over five months of winter isn’t that much to me

Well Western New York is a very large area Orchard Park is an outer ring suburb … The airport is in Cheektowaga in the inner ring As far as Buffalo and inner ring suburbs… I’d say the airport probably gets hit the hardest or parts of west Seneca

The one season gase was the OC in Chicago Jay Cutler had the best quarterback rating of his career And he led the Dolphins to the playoffs once I’m not sitting here saying he was a great head coach… He certainly didn’t fail as a coordinator like you are saying … He became A head coach because of his success at his other stops Do you know who is a failed OC? You also don’t know that Pat Mahomes would’ve lit the world on fire If he didn’t get to sit and learn… Which is universally considered a good thing for a quarterback Almost all Quarterbacks sat and learned from the bench back in the day… going from more recently in Eli and Rivers to back in the day joe Montana … even the bills tried getting Allen to sit The only thing we know is… Pats rookie year , Tyreek Hill said he looked like a bust… sucked … was terrible in camp… And he didn’t throw a touchdown in his only game he played… And he had to clean up mechanics But for some reason you think he would’ve magically walked into the NFL The pat Mahomes, That got to sit and learn from a really good quarterback Alex Smith Sitting and learning is what helped him reach his full potential

Gase was the OC of a broncos team that broke every offensive record that’s not failing up… That helped him get a head-coaching job

He obviously didn’t pan out as a head coach But he climbed the ranks to head coach because he was Universally thought of as a good coach in football circles… And kept getting coordinator jobs… You don’t fail up in the NFL And bills fans basically dislike every coordinator.. We have a hard part of the Fanbase who didn’t like daboll and Frazier Go back to articles from a decade ago when we hired Hackett … Almost universally praised as an offensive guru and one of the hottest young coaches in the NFL It just didn’t pan out… It was not a retread hire or some guy that was expected to suck He was considered an offensive guru… And climbed the ranks to NFL head coach One of 32 in the world Our organization was a mess… From the top down… Maybe That’s why nothing worked
