  1. In fact, local radio here said that he had nobody "here to see him", so he passed altogether on the day. Just wonder why he wouldn't go through with it since it was already scheduled/planned. Weird Due dillegence and all?
  2. But NO Position coach from the NFL in attendance?Just thought it very odd... Lol. Probably so
  3. Don't mean to start a new thread, hopefully it's not a repeat. So, I'm currently working at Penn State University as a carpenter remodeling dormrooms as well as building new ones. I was excited to be there yesterday for the pro day. Had hoped to see some NFL execs, etc. Nope. Seen absolutely nothing out of the ordinary. And I thought that was odd, since some folks believe Barkley could go 1st overall, or even top 10. That said, its been reported that not one single NFL RB coach was in attendance, so Barkley decided to not participate at the pro day. Now I just wonder, and am looking for feedback, does this mean he is Not seen as a prospect worthy of any consideration within the top 10? Or do you suppose that he did all his interviews, and showed all he had to, at the combine? Personally, I doubt very highly he goes top 10. Just wondering if this is normal for potential top picks, or is this an indication of his stock falling due to his position?
  4. More believable that the Jets pass on him due to Rosen sporting a "f" Trump hat. Jets owner happens to be Trumps British ambassador lol
  5. Oh my Lord. Not good
  6. I understand. And I want to point out that I'm not trying to change anything. I enjoy this board and the discussions very much. I'm on here every day, many times a day. I love all Bill's related material. But if I have an opinion, I should be able to speak it without being berated or belittled because I didn't pay my dues.
  7. I understand that completely, I do. However, where I personally have a problem is when I see folks that have been here a year-a couple years-several years post an almost identical thread after a newbie does, and gets berated, whilst not a word of negativity is said to the o.p. of the other thread. That's not open, fair dialect or thought. Its a clique. This is not a private club. That's all I mean. No offense to any of the regulars
  8. Ahh, the old I've been here longer card. So, folks can only discuss, And start the same old threads, if they've been here longer than a new patron? Or, that the "regulars" agree with? That's not a neighborhood bar, that's a private club. This is not. Gotcha. What a welcoming place. Thanks for breaking down the rules to a public pub? A like from a member since 2011. Nice! Thank you sir
  9. Every party has a pooper, that's why we invited you?
  10. Go back to bed, stinky curtains
  11. Or BIG LETTERS TO SAY THE OBVIOUS!
  12. Stop. Freaking. Me.Out! That's it!!!! Where's my tinfoil?? He's ahead of the curve!?
  13. Already been there, done that, on another thread. But yes, I agree. The Stars aligned for this. Like us signing a Star...go figure lol
  14. Well played sir, well played!
  15. Yikes! I didn't think about that! Lmao Maybe just a move to downtown tho? That'd be ok lol Whoa! Mind Blown. Its all coming together
  16. I know. I used to work in a bakery lol. That's why he has to wear 13....plus, he can't have Jimbo's number lol That's why you are the alpha dawg! Lmao What about the poor bagels? ?
  17. I propose, firstly I might add, that when we draft Baker Mayfield at 12, the "12th Man" officially, and forever becomes known as ""The Baker's Dozen". Drafted at 12. 12th man. Baker. Just connect the dots, and embrace it! Disclaimer...He is not my first choice, but would be happy to have him. His numbers and confidence speak for themselves. Add the chip on his(short) shoulders, and his pinpoint accuracy, especially over the middle of the field, and this was meant to be. He can wear #13 when he gets here, not 12. Its just better that way? P.S.....this is not a QB thread. Rather, a call to the most obvious of fan base nomenclature
  18. It's all just masturbation Which is also fun, but better with your partner lol. On a serious note, better a lip service king than a fumbling, tongue tied, buffoon sounding, intimidated GM. Imo
  19. You might be. Nobody Owns the middle of the field like Baker. 2 time walk on, intangibles, chip on his shoulder, accuaracy, anticipation..... Me thinks this is the DNA sought by McBeane, and the real target. And after the smoke clears on draft day, a slight trade up to secure that pick is very possible. Size matters, I know. But so does winning, experience, and confidence. The boxes check. And due to his size, he's the most likely to fall to 12. I'd be ok with this if he could sit a year Good post
  20. We already signed him. His name is Brandon Reilly
  21. Slippery slope. That line of smoke & mirrors could also be the best hoodwink of all...tell everyone that so they think you're bluffing, when in fact you aren't. Lmao. Serious poker game going on right now. My money's on McBeane to get it right, cuz that's all I have lol
  22. And the restructure they just gave Tanny....
  23. We already signed Vea.his name is Star. Take him off the board. Hurst might've been in play as Kyle's replacement. Medical issues. Take him off the board. Evans won't last till 22. At 12 he's a possibility. Unless a QB falls
  24. The world's a big place. There's room for everyone brother, even weirdos. That said, is that just smoke and mirrors, or are you REALLY like that? Gotta know lol. I'm basing my draft board to your response hehehe
