I wonder who Is more likely to play in the box at that lb/s role? Neal or Marlowe? They are both about the same size.

That’s what I would do but it doesn’t sound like it’s the plan. Sal made it sound more like Klein will be playing Milanos role. Which I absolutely would not be in favor of. I would let Klein play MLB and be the QB of the defense. He really can’t run. I don’t need him put in space getting exposed. He got lucky on the play where Bell got hurt because he was beat, badly

I’m kind of in the camp that in this NFL, a 210lb LB that’s physical but can run...is very useful. I’m not as worried about the hole it leaves in the run game because it’s the 2nd level and teams throw way more. It’s not perfect but I would rather have a guy that can cover, then a guy that can just stop the run. I don’t want Preston Brown. I’d rather have a glorified S playing Lb, then a thumper. Teams don’t run the way they used to. And we have Klein there to help in run support.

I would actually feel better playing Klein and Neal at LB and taking our chances stopping the run. Almost ask them to run it at us. Rather then have 2 lbs get exposed with an intermediate passing game all day.

I feel like I know nothing about Dodson. Klein I feel very confident in running the defense and in the run game but he’s not very fast. He’s going to be a liability in coverage. Dodson, I have no clue. Can he make up for the loss of either guy speed wise? Is this guy going to be able to run with anyone in coverage?

This game was never going to be easy but now it’s considerably harder. This really sucks. I have no issue with Klein overall and I actually like him, but he doesn’t really run well. Going to need a LB for coverage purposes

I am absolutely not underestimating this team. The dolphins are very well coached and physical. And it’s always tough in Miami early in the season, because of the temperature. Going to be a tough game.

The refs are by far the worst thing about the NFL. Just when you think they can’t be more incompetent, they stun you. Calling a made FG no good. Inexcusable. Every play needs to be reviewable because these guys can’t handle the job.

That’s how Murray is going to be too. College offense just spilling into the NFL at this point.

He was terrible. Let’s just not do this. It was 1 game so obviously I can understand some patience but he wasn’t good. Every kick he had was short and he missed 2 fgs that a pro makes almost every time. Nothing about it was good. Even the makes were incredibly short and even the made fgs were close to being missed. He wasn’t good. If they want to give him a few games, I understand but don’t try to act like he was anything but terrible

Might be a good idea to work out a few kickers just Incase yesterday was more then week 1 jitters

I live an hour from MetLife and (living here my whole life), I hate the Jets more then any other team. I want them to lose as much as humanly possible but I do feel bad for Darnold. The Jets organization ruined him. If roles were reversed, Allen would suck on the Jets and Darnold would be flourishing in Buffalo. One organization has done everything possible to help their young QB. And the other has done everything wrong. The Jets surround Darnold with no talent and have jerked him around with coaching changes. Now they have Gase who will absolutely burn that team to the ground. He is an untouchable cancer. I’m so proud of the job the Bills have done with Josh and I’m very excited about where we are headed. Go Bills!

Klein is a solid player but he’s not really out there to cover people. Lee is very fast but never really planned out. No matter what I hope we see at least 1 guy brought on. I would rather have to many options, then not enough.

This game is not going to be easy. It’s a borderline “must have” Considering the schedule. The Dolphins are physical and well coached. It will probably be incredibly hot down there. This would be a win to be proud of but it won’t come easy. Get the run game going and keep playing defense. Go Bills!

Any of them or even all of them with the strange PS rules. A lot of roster flexibility this year.

I might see if I can’t hide him in the run game and play Neal at LB a little. I know he would have a target against the run but he’s very aggressive and obviously can run and cover like Milano. Don’t use him every down but get some bulk on him and play him in the box a bit. Get creative

It sucks that Milano got hurt and I hope it’s not long term. But I’m going to jump out on a big picture hot take here...is there anyway..this might turn out to be good? Maybe the injury makes Milanos market change and we extend him at a cheaper price 😬

Just cut him and put him on the PS. Nobody is going to try and steal him from us after today. Let him work there

I think no FB hurts a lot more then people realize. Everyone wants to make fun of how dated a FB is but the teams that can run, have one. You saw today what it looks like.

Great to get a win. -Absolutely need a Kicker in here before next week. -Need a FB. -Hope the LB injuries are not long term. -Allen wasgood -WRs are excellent -need balance on offense
