MAN he didn't look pretty. Some of the decisions were big risks. BUT..... he gave his teammates a chance to make the plays on those risky throws, like that under-handed throw to end-zone touch down while under pressure. WOW.
And most of all. HE NEVER FOLDED MENTALLY. MAN! When was the last time we had a quarterback who can bring the team back like that?
I saw those throws man. Had to give his guys a chance, and that's what he did. like that endzone throw while he was under pressure. That's THE RIGHT thing to do. The right risk-taking.
OMG he was looking like crap. They were down by 34 points in 3rd quarter! And THEN, HE'S BROUGHT EM ALL THE WAY BACK!!!
WOW is that what this is like to have a real Quarterback? WOW!

EDIT: the ENTIRE GAME posted on Youtube now:
UCLA O line can't keep Rosen clean. After a while Rosen got rattled and his throws got very inaccurate and erratic. Not looking good at all. By comparison, Darnold was better vs. Rosen in 2nd half. He was composed and delivered the ball. One of the INTs was a jump ball and his receiver lost it. I'm ok with that. You gotta give your receivers a chance.
Yes agree.
This article really shocked me. I thought Beane and McD were building for the fricking future. There's no future in frickin old players!!!
Troll. Stop trolling. We don't need you Boston Pats/Celts here. GTFO
Yeah he looks like the worst of the QBs drafted this year (Webb didn't play much tho). But Ruddock was like him last year apparently. So Lions will bring him back to PS like they did with Ruddock and work on his game.
don't forget: #1 RUNNING OFFENSE 2 years in a row! I mean BaJeezuz, when was the last time Bills had #1 in anything GOOD in the league!
I'm with you man. I don't know about exec of the year, but he should've had that chance. Pats appreciate him. They've been signing his finds left and right. I think we lost opportunities with Schwartz and then A. Lynn, letting them walk.
I've watched every single of his games. He looks good. But.... he is not as quick in reading defenses as Peterman. Of course his armstrength is much better.
I WAS LOOKING FOR THIS thanks!
I think it's good. There's been change. You're the highest paid employee, and you gotta act like a team leader. If you aren't responding to the carrot of persuasion then you gotta use the stick. I'm good with this. He needs discipline and structure. Get his ass in shape.
Did you guys watch the Beane interview after the pre-season game on channel 7? Beane commented on Dareus EXTENSIVELY.
He said he didn't think Dareus was fully on board with the program and the new culture. He did say Dareus was contrite at the meeting after the Baltimore game. To Beane and McDermott the slate has been wiped clean.
Joe Busc. asked follow up question: what if Dareus isn't on board, are you willing to cut him with the cap implications and all.
Beane: (not exact words, just my recollection) " we want a team and players who buy into what we're building here. We are prepared to move forward without those who do not buy in, cap implications and all."
So depending on how Dareus comes around, we could see another huge trade.
Let's trade the entire team for draft picks in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. That way, we finish 0-16, get 1st pick in 2018, and pay NO SALARY for this year. Great idea eh?
Just heard on MNF that Hoyer was going to come to Bills to backup Tyrod then 49ers called with starting job. I didn't hear this at all this past off season.
Yeah I can't recall any badmouthing of him while he was here. I thought maybe I missed any hush-hush talk. I guess Eagles players are just soft cry babies!
Eagles are "learning to get used to Schwartz".
Did players complain about Schwartz when he was here?
