Back in the '70s, the readers letters pages of the 'National Lampoon' were good for some off beat observations. One month, Ronald McDonald wrote in suggesting that people throw a brick through their local McDonalds, with a notation saying "You deserve a brick today!" Within a few issues, he had again written in, saying that they had found a way to incorporate the ground bricks into the food, so please PLEASE keep sending them in.

This view is something that has seemed popular on the board the last few years. Every new TE to the team (whether by draft, trade, or FA) is hoped and hyped to be the Second Coming.
