Take a look at some of his passes during that game, that weren’t batted down. Many of the others were too high, too deep, half quackers without any sense of touch. And the combined Wonderlic of Lamar & Zay Flowers? Was it 10? These are not high intellect athletes. The above however is NOT, NOT JOSH ALLEN! The issue there is on the mgt. side, outgunned everytime by the superior HCs - like Andy Reid, who will stick around as long as Mahomes is QB! BE like the Ravens fans! Demand better from OBD! Get a Superstar HC and either have Beane start hitting with draft picks who become stars… especially WRs… or replace him. Time… for #17… and for all of us… marches on inexorably. I do agree with this. Diggs has slipped to a decent #2. If he could be cloned 3 more times, Bills fans would take that! Failing that, Allen needs a #1. The rest rise up occasionally to #2s, normally #3-4. NOT GOOD ENOUGH BY HALF!

Very tough one, for sure. Just so you know, a good friend had one less than 2 years ago. She is much older than your wife- about 70 and is up and around today. Prayers to some outstanding medical interventions and your wife’s own internal constitution.

2-3 years back, you could make the claim that Diggs was arguably in the Top 5 Receivers in the NFL. Not the best, but in the conversation. No longer. The following are better- much better than Diggs now: Hill, Lamb, St. Brown, Nacua, Jefferson, A Brown, Moore, Collins, Evans, Cooper, Allen, Chase, Adams, Metcalf, DHop, Kittle. He’s in with the Ridley, Godwin, Smith & Pickens- fine WRs, but not in the class of the above! And definitely not in the separation on routes AND contested ball skills- like every other Bills Receiver. Plus, we are now unsure about when he will clang one. The Bills need a #1 who always catches the ball, gets constant separation for Josh and can climb and get contested throws. This applies to #s 2,3 & 4 as well, but let’s start with Diggs or someone better!
