I think that is the key. Can he get brady to admit some level of culpability?
Regarding lessening of sanctions...I don't get the "anger" being expressed here. In another thread the other day I said something about brady's 2 game suspension. It wasn't because I misremembered (I love this "word" thanks Roger) the penalty, it was because I have always fully expected it to be reduced. That's what they do. Levy a penalty, it gets appealed, it gets reduced.
So, he developed himself.
He has? Everywhere but on the field maybe. I don't think it matters much whether he stays or goes (if he can't win the starting job), but, he wasn't given an opportunity by the marrone to see whether he could be an effective backup.
I thought the owner or GM "forced" TIMTEBOW!!! on him.
Can't we at least wait to see what he has before people start in with "I told you so."
Yeah, that did it.

Thanks, so loss of coach for full season, loss of GM for 4 games, loss of DC forever, loss of 2 #2 picks, $500,000 fine and ne is receiving the harshest team penalty EVAR? Sorry, not buying it.
That's what I'm thinking too, coach out for the year, GM 4 (?) games, can't remember any loss of picks though.
Penalties typically do increase in harshness when you are looking at a repeat offender.
He seems to be trumpeting the fact that this is the harshest ever penalty imposed on a team. For comparison, what are some other harsh penalties imposed on teams?
Any feel for whether they were reduced on appeal?
That's the thing, they will screw it up. The more that this is left in the hands of teams (supplying the gauge, breaking in the balls etc) the more rules will be stretched and broken. This is so easy to fix but they'll miss the mark.
have to admit that I didn't read through the thread so I didn't see your post or I would have quoted it.
Let's see, I think this is the third time in 2015 and it's not even June yet! We could set new personal bests!
You had a dump spot for all of what you considered "junk mail," didn't you? I mean, it's no big deal, I'm certain you never non-delivered something vitally important to a home. Since this is just us talking...tell me the truth...those copies of Playboy always arrived with the pages looking a bit worn, didn't they?
So, have the manufacturer break them in (or even have them not put the shiny stuff on the ball in the first place). Tumble them in X for Y amount of time. Every ball treated the same before it is shipped to the NFL. This isn't rocket surgery, but, the NFL will get it wrong.
Dear Howard,
Is it true the the main reason behind the USPS lagging customer service is the fault of the carriers who walk too slowly when delivering the mail?
How many teams with a roster as strong as the Bills? The clock is ticking because this team has so far been built backwards. Strong defense, strong offensive specialists, QB below average, line unknown.
You know this how? You don't, just like folks don't know how EJ will turn out.
Well put.
Why?
