    I don't care where they come from, and I'm certain that they were said and written somewhere else before they ended up being written in the bible. I care about how I act, not where the genesis for one of my beliefs was written. If it makes you feel better, I admit that I don't care where the words I quoted originated.

    One other thought, isn't "blame" sometimes divided up between different parties? What if a gun manufacturer was found to be 50% at fault, would the parents be required to pay 50% of the fees?

    Seems to me that the law is specific to gun manufacturers, or do I have that wrong? Curious as to whether the same would be the case if someone sued for malpractice & lost. I suppose that's my main issue here. Just because someone loses a lawsuit it doesn't mean the suit was frivolous. This law doesn't seem to leave any discretion.

    always hated his I, I, me, me attitude. Grew to hate his play as soon as I figured out how limited he was. I will now recuse myself from this thread with the full knowledge that I am right & you flutopians are not. I would consider telling you to get over it, but, since it's obvious that I haven't I will keep that to myself.

    & that is saying very little indeed. Flutopians love to trumpet that the wee one was better than Johnson as if that's something to be proud of. He may have been a better QB, but, that's not saying much. The fact that his arm was dead at the end of the season (my strong personal opinion) was the overriding reason he sat.
