  1. Bouye will make up for that play. I guarantee it.
  2. The Jags would be a ratings killer for the SB, if they are good enough to put any pressure on the Pats the flags will fly. I'm afraid they won't even need to assistance this week. Cheers to a miracle.
  3. A lot of this noise is the same stuff that was said when SF hired Lynch as the GM. Now look.
  4. I have never even heard of Bosch. I will look it up! Thanks.
  5. Today is the only time in my life I'm hoping to hear the Duuuvalllll war cry.
  6. Decent write up. Did you see anything other than him being able to make NFL caliber throws? Anything that leads you to believe he can understand NFL defenses? Any plays where he processes what the defense is doing and makes the correct adjustment presnap? Beane has a huge advantage over us guys who are just watching game tape. He can talk to each guy and get a better understanding of who has the mental components needed to play the position. Making a case for a guy just because he can make quality throws isn't very convincing.
  7. If he was a Bill I would hope he gets consent from the wife before doing the deed otherwise he will miss some games. Other than that this is nothing. Reminds me of the Sheldon Richardson thing which happened a year or two back.
  8. I'm just here so I don't get fined. Shirley your correct.
  9. The Darkwa example was used to demonstrate what a bulldozer could do even behind a bad offensive line. As I said in my original post the Bills have no reason to squabble with Shady about his contract. They arent in position to go on some big FA spending spree. They need to draft and build the core of this team before considering high priced FA. I expect more value contract guys like a Hyde or Poyer and not much else. Shady has had plenty of seasons under 4.5 YPC so I'm not so quick to blame the line play. Why would shady lead the league in a stat that shows him being contacted behind the LOS? He has some part in that, even he would admit that. He has been under 4.5 YPC for 4 of the last 6 seasons. Would anyone be surprised if he is there again next year? I agree pay the man but I don't find it nessecary to exaggerate his value as a RB in 2018.
  10. I think Thielen is banged up. Hoping he plays well on the big stage he needs some more attention. Vikings/Jags is what I hope for, but fully expect the Patsies.
  11. You started off calling someone else's post really dumb then you went on to tell us that a guy who averaged 4.0 YPC is the best running back in the league. Orleans Darkwa played for a worse offense in NY and averaged 4.4 YPC. The team is in position to ride out Shady's deal, unless they make a big play for Cousins. I don't see McBeane upsetting the chemistry by asking McCoy to take a haircut but if you believe Shady was/is the best RB in the league then you should watch more games. Shady's time as the leagues best has past by. He has been a good solider since coming to Buffalo and I can see why people want him to get what he deserves, no need to exaggerate.
  12. NWFL They have less mass and the collisions won't be as violent. I'm thinking yoga pants and tube tops. Celebrations will be in the mud pits behind the endzones.
  13. They can let him have it because at this point it would be foolish to be making any big FA splashes. Unless that splash is Cousins. They need to add more young talent and make their FA splash in another couple years.
  14. He pointed out his cap hit. Then suggested a restructure would give him more money now and alleviate the hit. I don't see him being a dick, this is the buisness. NFL contracts are a joke in comparison to other major sports. The structure matters more than the $.
  15. 4.0 YPC Hand over some of those coins Shady.
  16. Rushing Peterman out there showed McBeane's hand. They want a guy who can distribute the ball. I fully expect them to find a passer.
  17. Watson, Taylor, Jackson are all different players. IMO from what I have seen of Jackson he would is a bigger highlight film than Tyrod but even less of a QB. Watson was always a QB, I personally doubted his arm, after a brief review it looks fine.
  18. Good discussion, reminds me why I don't want to see the Bills keep both picks. None of the three scenarios are desirable. By selecting either QB the team would be admitting they need to use valuable assets to fix the position but they are not committed to it. Go up and get your guy. Passing on all the QB's would be the worst outcome IMO.
  19. They are going to have a hard time getting a more talented team for him to squander. I'd consider a change.
  20. Peaky Blinders season 4 best season of any show I have watched.
