  1. High. Like smoking too many blunts.
  2. Draftscouts predicted that exact time in October. Never seen the kid play but did some research after you mentioned him.
  3. Melvin Ingram can throw it 100 yards.
  4. I skimmed through and didn't see his name mentioned so I will ask! Did they meet with Lauletta?
  5. Why didn't they trade away Shady? Why didn't they release 2 or 3 fringe players so they could get the third round comp pick? Oh that's right they said they were going to change the culture while competing. Exactly what they did. McD is recreating what BB has in NE, no nonsense team first culture. Heck even the Boston media praised him for it. No idea how you are missing that. You only accept nickels back on a dollar because you don't value the dollar. Concern about Sammy's injury...hah...his Jones Fracture process was the same as all the other freak high profile athletes who had the procedure/procedures done. The concern was his attitude. The same one he spoke of after leaving and the same attitude that left him apologizing for quitting on plays in LA. So they ditched a healthy Watkins for a draft pick, then traded for an injured KB and in the meantime kept fringe players which cost them a third round compensatory pick. It seems pretty clear with the timing of the trade and their in season decisions that they were focused on winning not just accumulating picks. Earlier you said no one made a comment about Sammy leaving? That is also untrue. All this stuff has been discussed up and down, Sammy himself has admitted to his own faults. Those faults are why he is gone. I'm done with it! Agree to disagree.
  6. Really? Are you sure they didn't need the extra picks so they could trade for another wideout heading towards FA? Well that's exactly what they did when they shipped a 3rd and a 7th for a guy with an injury history that rivals Watkins. In fact he was a tully injured at the time of the trade. So what are you talking about? Lets stop acting like a late 2nd round pick is the back breaker in moving up for a QB. If they want to get into the top 5 the phone call goes like this 21,22 next years first and....
  7. A two down one at that. I'd retire my TV with a right hook.
  8. Sammy admitted his selfishness during his time here shortly after being shipped out. I guess what counts is that he got the message and can better himself. The one thing we know about McBeane is they are team first guys who are interested in culture more than they are divas. The cap situation isn't why Sammy was shipped out. If you don't know that by now then there is no convincing you differently. Just look at who had all the leverage, 5th year option, tag, contract? Nope none. You're not a team first guy? Where can we recoup a draft pick? Off to LA you go. The picture was painted during Sammy's time here but the folks in love with his talent didn't want to see it. Even after he left and then admitted his selfishness some fans are still in denial.
  9. Good question. They need a legit RB2 and future replacement for Shady. With the extra picks they would be able to get a Guice, Sony, Etc. but that's a same ole Bills move. I love Guice but if the Bills fail to move up and take one of the top 3 QBs I will be dissapointed. If they do trade away the picks to move up its hard to see them using one of the remaining picks on a RB until late if at all. It's Friday and yesterday's news with JK was depressing so I'm going to happy town ...Mayfield slides to 21 and Guice at 22.
  10. You don't get rid of a guy because he is a misfit only to bring him back a year later. The Bills were highly invested in Watkins and Beane still saw it fit that he traded him away. There is no chance Watkins ends up back here this season.
  11. That lists speaks volumes, it's rare when I don't recognize one name out of 28 when discussing the NFL. Sad group to be associated with.
  12. Micah Hyde was great, no doubt about it. I saw plenty of clips with Kyle breaking down the team after victories. After Kyle scored his touchdown you could see how much the new/younger guys rallied around the vet.
  13. He is the once in a blue moon guy that seems tooooo perfect. Am I allowed to downgrade him for that? Probably not but I'm doing it anyways.
  14. Someone up thread had it right, he still has value to this team. The culture was much better last year and Kyle was a big part of that. The younger guys followed his lead. If he is gone who is the veteran leader on D? Pay him as a rotational guy and put a little whip cream on top to lure him in.
  15. Well if one of the best offensive minds in the game today couldn't make use of him what makes you think Daboll could? What makes you think Austin is a good football player? That contract was terrible the day it was written and they have been waiting to get out from under that mistake.
  16. If they wanted a Welker type of guy why not sign Amendola? Austin is a bum.
  17. I agree. Off the board entirely. That is a lazy SOB.
  18. What are they benching 225!? That's the equivalent of his big body doing 14 push ups on his freaking knees! Weak.
  19. Wow. Williams sure loves him some Williams. I have zero hope for that team until they send him and Hue A packing. If Jabril would make a good intern, Williams would make a good housewife.
  20. Because his name is easier to spell!!? Jk I agree with the "don't fit here" club. He is a selfish player.
  21. It's a distraction plain and simple. See Peyton Manning as a rookie and countless others. Why would an organization want the added drama while grooming a young QB? Every time he has a bad game Tyrod and unfair will be mentioned. You would have a hard hard time convincing me that having a starter who can't/doesn't audible is the guy you want your stud rookie QB watching in practice and on film. If Taylor was a better QB he would be worth the potential drama but in my eyes he isn't.
  22. A guy that understands defenses, calls audibles, goes through his progressions, has a lot more value to a rookie QB than a guy like Taylor who goes into improv mode the majority of the game and doesn't understand the position in depth. What Bill said about Beane and McD having no appetite for another Tyrod benching also carries some weight. It's an unnessecary distraction and Taylor's own comments last year fed that narrative.
  23. Right he is coaching and yapping like always. The worst statistical record of any coach who got to see their 40th game. The Browns had a 1 percent chance of going winless in 2017 yet he managed to do it. He is horrible. Until he is gone they are still on the wrong track. Dorsey can blame Sashi all he wants but they did add pieces and still regressed.
  24. Hue Jackson is still there.
