His draft profile sounds nothing like Garappolo? How about them having nearly identical height, weight, and arm length? How about both of them being praised for how they process information and reads? Or their nearly identical completion percentages in their senior years? Both played for 1-AA schools? Both guys shined at the senior bowl? I don't know what else you are looking for! Nassib played for Marrone so he was linked to him as a HC. In what way is that comparable to this situation? Lauletta certainly fits the draft profile for B.B. and I hope this makes the Bills and their scouts take a 2nd and 3rd look at the young man. https://www.si.com/nfl/2018/02/19/quarterback-free-agency-draft-peter-king-mmqb -

Lol What!? Trying to guess what a Bills GM will do is impossible because they are constantly changing. Once you know the player profile they prefer you can be sure they are almost fired. Hopefully it's different with Beane. Belichick's love for the armed forces and Navy in particular is well documented. The LAX thing also has been around for years. Then factor in that early reports in and around the senior bowl... or just read this so you don't have to listen to me ramble! https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/2018-senior-bowl-one-player-scientifically-engineered-to-be-bill-belichicks-perfect-qb/amp/ -

I wonder what they will get for Kane. I would have preferred the Bruins getting him instead of Nash. -

Hmmm if only the wimpitization? of America stopped at cops. You're delusional. About 6 months ago a kid wandered into a yard where two pitbulls were fenced in. People stood by and watched him get ripped into pieces. It was a few towns over from where I live and IIRC he was 8 years old? Plenty of people out there who's first instinct is to take out a cell phone and record someone else's demise, much less people that will risk their well being to save someone else's. -

The Killing is pretty good so far. 3/4 of the way through season 1. -
It felt like these games were lacking. Maybe I'm just cranky.

He is a LAX bro and his father played football at Navy. All signs point to Belichick. -

Marcus Peters to Rams - '18 4th & 19 2nd round picks

Still good for 9-10 wins and a first round exit. The gift and the curse of Big Andy. -

The future of the team is ....on their roster. It's stacked. This was a move to sacrifice draft capital to avoid paying Johnson and still have a legit number one corner. If I was a Rams fan I wouldn't be excited about Les Snead handling all the upcoming decisions but this looks smart on the surface. It keeps the tag available, saves money short term, I expect them to use whatever picks they do have on oline. -

That means Trumaine Johnson is gone. That's not much of an upgrade if any. He is more consistent and less dramatic than Peters. -
KB's health is definetly a concern going forward but saying Watkins would attract a FA QB is a stretch. Watkins "talent" is outweighed by his maturity level. People mentioning him going to the Patriots! Haha, they already have Cooks who doesn't like running across the middle. Sammy isn't a fit for that offense. He should do whatever it takes to get over to SF, Jimmy G. has one of the prettier deep balls in the league and Watkins would have a chance to build his value as he looks for a long term deal.

Blake Bortles is the white EJ, he was the same way in college. He has to "think" on how he wants to throw a pass. It's painful to watch. I have no idea what point you are trying to make. Ranking a QB against an edge guy and a DT that can get to the passer. Those 3 positions/skill sets are top of the list for game changers. Find me one of those. The Bills had a bunch of Jags playing on the dline it's not a compliment saying "he would help" I already said he would do a job, is that job worth a first round pick? I don't think so. The edge setting DE helped against the run right? Anyone jumping up and down to lock up Shaq long term?
-
Let's make it simple. I don't value a 2 down run stuffing DT, I value him even less when the coach prefers a constant rotation. I'd have a hard time justifying using a first round pick on one. Same way it makes zero sense to draft an "edge setting" DE in the first. Sure the guy is doing a job but is he impacting the game enough to use such a high pick? I think the answer is clear. We can agree to disagree.

Of course you want talent on the dline. Jerry Hughes is not an interior DL, Kyle probably would have played less if the Bills had more viable options for a rotation. Vea isn't going to rush the passer. It's like wasting a first rounder on Snacks Harrison. No thanks. I knew the Eagles would get mention, how did that rotation work in the SB? They got destroyed by a pretty ordinary Pats Oline and a 40 year old statue. The game has changed too much. A good QB is getting that ball out unless you have legit edge guys.
