If you put them together you have a redundant pair of WRs who create little separation on the field and cash big checks off it. KB is the big redzone target they need, find some speed to put opposite him.
Yeah I suppose it could be a possibility but I think they are locked in on Darnold and I feel good about I for the Browns fans. They deserve something better. I don't think Darnold will have the best career out of the bunch but he is a safe pick and he should end the reoccurring nightmare they have had at the position.
The Browns have plenty at WR and have a need at QB. It's about time they take the best QB on the board and stop trying to be smarter than everyone else.
Mel couldn't even write Darnold at one to the Browns!! This mock is a crock.
More and more the "experts" are using their platform to bait fans into clicks than to inform them.
More control and judgment calls for the refs, that has never been a good thing. More flags, delays, and the inevitable boredline ejections that swing games.
Yikes.
He said the Bills came out run heavy and scored on their first possession. None of that is fact. Peterman threw a long pass to Benjamin (Benji got hurt), then Peterman threw a touchdown...to the Chargers.
How can you fault the game plan when the QB continually put the team in a hole. It's hard to stick to a conservative game plan when your trailing 24-7 with 10 minutes left in the first half.
With this roster and no Tyrod I'd hate them giving up the 19' first next month. This thing could be ugly and giving away a top 5 pick would be a kick in between the legs.
The majority of the board spent the better part of the year saying they want OBD to identify a guy and then go get him. They are in position to do just that.
The only way I will be dissapointed is if their exit interview at the draft is a "we tried" but couldn't get where we needed to.
If they get their guy I will support it 100 percent until/if that guy and the process fails us.
