The whole situation is so difficult. I have no doubt racial bias certainly exists in the NFL as well as society. I am not sure there is an adequate was to legislate that away. Requiring minority interviews is a joke. Also, socialially shaming teams from making moves that would strengthing the coaching staff is equally ridiculous. Hopefully this will eventually correct itsself as society gradually becomes color blind. In the short term, not sure what the solution is.
