  1. I ain't got no heart to give away
  2. Last time I was at a Bills game Trevor Spellcheck started. Check my avatar for the result. Good times! I expect the same Thursday!
  3. I would not be OK with that.
  4. A Saints fan I know predicts 54-9 Bills at half-time. I'd be OK with that.
  5. Nice call out.
  6. Drive on Until I get there I think i’ll drive on Until I get there Cause I'm a ram, yes I am I know just what to do Think i’ll drive on Tryin’ to get next to you
  7. I love covers that put a different spin on the song but still manage to stay true to the original
  8. Reluctantly crouched at the starting line Engines pumping and thumping in time The green light flashes, the flags go up Churning and burning, they yearn for the cup
  9. Reached out to my friend - who was walking the streets of Paris this morning. He confirmed it was 78-80, he thinks they played somewhere around Northport. His friends Mom was dating a guy whose son was close with Rainbow band members. Thinks the guy was a drummer named Chris. Also mentioned that his memory is blurred due to other factors that day
  10. This is bad @ass , just needs an extended guitar solo on the back end.
  11. You read common knowledge, stockpile your brain You get burned in the sun, you get wet in the rain What they teach you to fix, needs to be broke I say he who laughs first didn't get the joke Go on, untap your mind Quit knocking on mine
  12. The hand of fate is on me now It pick me up and knock me down
  13. LOL, I assumed Rainbow was the headliner, in hindsight that's my blind bias. Wasn't exposed to REO until they had their moment in the sun and were too pop for my taste - but I also remember hearing some of their earlier rocking stuff and liking it.
  14. If it was Dio, I'm envious! If you didn't know them what's the backstory? Why did you go?
  15. You're jogging memories. This was somewhere around 1978-1980, Huntington NY. Blackmore supposedly would show up somewhat regularly at a local hole in the wall bar and play.
  16. Me too, but they were never the same without Dio. Blackmore lived in my area for awhile and a good friend of mine from HS played a pickup soccer game with/against him.
  17. Ronnie James Dio, Graham Bonnet or Joe Lynn Turner?
  18. I'm with you on that. I wouldn't call myself a fan but they have two songs that I think are great.
  19. I used to be an A student, I never used to complain I used to be a truant but I'm still the same Bad, bad brain, bad, bad brain
  20. Damn - you just made a synapse fire that's been dormant for decades. My first would have technically been Danny Thomas and Joey Bishop - I forgot all about that.
  21. LOL. You're getting better - at least you tried to say something substantive this time. It's cute that you chose to deride me at the same time - did I claim that the Bills would beat the Pats twice? What have you read from me that leads you to conclude that I'm a blind Bills fan with no insight into the NFL? You're very good at making assertions without backing them up.
  22. Nothing to backup your assertion "New England is going to beat them twice". We should just take that statement for what it's worth? It's worthless to me.
  23. Agreed - a hidden gem.
  24. What was the first live concert you went to? Mine was Twisted Sister opening for Blue Oyster Cult. Both Long Island bands. At the time Twisted Sister was a bar band that had found some success in England and was making their 'triumphant' debut stateside in an arena. I knew nothing of them 'cept for radio commercials. They came off as Kiss-lite but had enough energy to be interesting. I was there for BOC and they didn't disappoint.
