  1. Very bad intital moves, Kelsey to linebacker, Lynch starting, Edwards starting Impressive that he will admit a mistake and try something new... Kelsey to DE, Jackson back to starting RB (what was he thinking with Lynch?) and of course getting rid of Edwards. Mixed feelings about him but this is the most offense we have seen in a while. Time will tell.
  2. He is... just ask him...
  3. I hav always had a ton of confidence in Lindell, but presently, I share your concern.
  4. Is quickly becoming one of my all time Bills favorites. He was pushing back double teams all day and never seems to quit. Coming out as a fairly unheralded rookie, he has beaten the odds and should strongly be considered for the Pro Bowl. If we have not locked him up yet, we need to reward him with a long term extension. What a gutsy, hard-working player.
  5. I didn't see if he was but if we are going to play a 4-3 wouldn't it make more sense to move him to defensive end? He isn't very good there either, but I think he would hurt us less at DE. While we are at it, bench Lil' Donte for Wilson. He cannot play any worse and is a TRUE leader on the team.
  6. I'd rather see a Lil' Scott as an undersized linebacker than Big Scott as a safety. Regardless, anything is better than Whitner...
  7. I am so tired of the people that stand up for Lil' Donte saying "it's not his fault that he was the eighth player taken".... he would suck if he was the 800th pick... he is all mouth, a punk and a terrible player.
  8. They must not even show enough in practice to get on the field. Unbelievable!
  9. Full time single- wing with Jackson. It would improve the team and end any further quarterback discussions!
  10. How frustrating will it be when the financial geniuses running this team have a year-long holdout?
  11. I would guess that the majority of posters on this board are under 50 years of age and quite a few became Bill's fans during the late 80's and 90's. I was following and rooting for this team since their inception and I can tell you that Ralph Wilson has always been a cheapskate and the "glory years" were simply due to Polian. In the 70's, for Pete's sake he made Harvey Johnson the head coach twice! Wilson has a track record that proves what type of commitment he has... which is dedicated to the bottom line. I will always support the Bills and this team absolutely stinks but there have been worse periods like the 70's. You should have heard the fans then. They HATED Wilson. I never want to see the team leave but for those apologists of Wilson, I am afraid you are clueless.
  12. Kelsay really looked worth that extension (yeah, right). McKelvin looks more amd more like a Little Lil' Donte (great celebrations, terrible player). Our fullback(I would mis-spell his name) at least plays like a hard hitting NFL player. Our lines could not even compete today. Fitzpatrick has a lot of guts. I despise Ralph Wilson. To comment on an earlier post this week... I have been a Bills fan since the 60's and never thought a team could look as bad as the Harvey Johnson years, but I may have seen one today. I will always be a Bill's fan but they are so bad, it is hard to get excited for the games... what a shame.
  13. I believe he got a 49/50 on the Wonderlic and finished it in 9 minutes... which is almost unheard of.
  14. Bad... I am thinking "Harvey Johnson" type bad.
  15. Fred Jackson made excellent runs and was a very effective running back. He has barely seen the field. Playing Spiller is one thing but why in the world did Marshawn start and play so much? It has to be to display him with trade hopes in mind. Other than that, why has Jackson been given such few opportunities? Not that anything these clowns do (continue to start Kelsey, etc) but this is ridiculous.
  16. No comment about his personality but interesting you mentioned scrawny and steroidless... If I remember correctly, his Dad was in medicine (Doctor or something similar) and they really strived to have him protect his knees by staying light. Again if memory serves me right, he may have been listed at 300 pounds but was never near that weight. Good to hear that their strategy kept his knees healthy. My recollection matches the comments about continuous discussions about moving him to center and he was, at best, a mediocre tackle.
  17. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Imagine Marshawn running amok in the streets of Green Bay...
  18. Why in the world do we move a horrific defensive end to outside linebacker? What am I missing here?
  19. Thanks... I was just comparing them at both positions.
  20. Wilson is a far superior free safety than Donte... but they are both now playing strong safety.
  21. Very true... I am a survivor of melanoma and have a very fair-skinned daughter we have to watch closely. I was diagnosed about 17 years ago, went thru extensive surgery and have had no further incidents. It was very frightening how a little mole or "spot" can lead to death. I truly feel for his family. My condolences, also.
  22. Born in Lockport in 1956. Raised in Clarence and graduated in 1974. Went away to college and left Buffalo area after graduation (due to employment). I have never been able to move back to Buffalo but my heart will always remain there. I have never (lived in Bradford, PA. Cleveland, Detroit and Toledo, OH) been able to find subs, pizza or wings that compare to Buffalo. Will go to my grave as a proud Buffalonian that supports the city and its sports teams.
  23. I would have to slide Bullough into second place but it is hard to be worse than Johnson was... good call.
  24. Coach... Harvey Johnson second worst... Kay Stevenson
