  1. The only team as bad as the Jets are the 1-7 Jags...can't wait to see Saint Doug fired. So, if the Jets manage to win this their only competition for that #1 overall right now is Jacksonville. A place where Lawrence might actually want to go...maybe.
  2. And that Heart, the heart of a lion! Made me tear up when I heard this.
  3. The Alice Cowboys might have found the D...
  4. The Bills found their offense from the first four games. Found the defense from 2019. 16 hits on Wilson? 7-2 Terry Bradshaw hates Buffalo...probably still hurting from that kick in the head from Jim Haslett..
  5. The entire TEAM gets a game ball IMO. Coaches, players and even the ball boy! 7-2.
  6. AWESOME !! neutral zone infraction. 3rd and 1
  7. Just get a first down, or two.
  8. Imagine what it would be like today to be in the stadium...
  9. Who would have thunk it!! 44 points!!
  10. Great effing play, and play call. Bills D!!!
  11. While Bills fans are bemoaning this years defense they still sit at 14th in points allowed, 16th in yards. Last season the injury bug didn't bother Buffalo much, its hitting pretty hard this season. What can ya do? 6-2 Buffalo Bills vs 6-1 Seattle Seahawks. Seahawks only loss coming against 5-2 Arizona 37-34. Wins, 2-6 Atlanta, 2-5 New England, 2-6 Dallas, 4-3 Miami, 2-5 Minnesota, 4-5 San Fran. They have beaten only one team with a winning record in week 4, Miami. Buffalo Bills, 0-8 Jets, 4-3 Dolphins, 5-3 Rams, 4-3 Raiders, 5-2 Titans, 7-1 Chiefs, 0-8 Jets, 2-6 Patriots. 5 of 8 games against good teams and their two losses against playoff teams in Chiefs, Titans. The Seattle Seahawks defense is far worse 24th in points allowed, 32nd in yards allowed. 32nd in passing yards allowed, 9th in rushing yards allowed. Gee, I wonder how Buffalo will attack this Seahawks defense? Buffalo has a shot if they can get their passing offense working like it did in the first four games.
  12. Afterwards Nix had the audacity to say "see, who says we don't trade up". Look back now at all the Nix/Whaley drafts with so many failures its no wonder the franchise was so dysfunctional for so long.
  13. People will think that since Hackett is learning under LaFleur that he learned that scheme and can run it. Never mind that the guy can't mentor a rookie at all as some team will probably hire him if the Packers make the SB. This years play from Josh Allen has me reflecting that Daboll is learning as he goes and is getting better. This last game where the Bills pounded the ball very well against the Patriots and didn't have Allen go pass happy has me thinking Daboll has changed his ways. Now, if he can work out how to have Allen / the offense line beat a heavy blitz he will have it all.
  14. I wasn't disappointed in that Bills victory over the New England Patriots 24-21 as both teams looked so similar in a hard fought division game. Buffalo FINALLY had the ball bounce their way after so many years of it going against them, game after game after game. Regardless of the rosters as these two teams hate each other and perhaps the Bills burn a bit more. What is Bill Belichick's record against Buffalo, like 35-5? ...3-15 in Foxboro, 2-20 in Buffalo. Turn the page!
  15. Thanks for posting. Dunno what's wrong with me as I relish watching the Buffalo Bills run like they did against the Patriots. Those Bills linemen imposing their will against the Patsies while wearing them down. The WRs blocking and everyone on the same page working like mad to move the chains. Great stuff.
  16. Good stuff, thanks for posting. All Bills fans want to see 300+ passing games along with all the Bills passing weapons being used, Beasley, Brown and Diggs. Not gonna happen all the time. The Bills still have one position that needs a star upgrade and that is at TE. A guy like Kelce, Kittle. Hopefully in time.
  17. Before some fans proclaim that the Dolphins are the AFC EAST Champs, let's look at their new starting QB. Injury prone, 6" 217 lbs. No training camp so he has had very limited experience running an NFL offense. Against the Rams, 12 of 22 for 93 yards, 1 TD and a QBR of 25.0. Two runs for 0 yards. Their starting RB against the Rams Miles Gaskin had 18 carries for 47 yards, a 2.6 YPC avg. The Miami special teams scored 3 TDs and the Rams were forced to play catch up. Meanwhile the Rams rolled up 471 yards vs Miami offense 145 yards. Tua has shown nothing yet so lets wait a few games before saying anything more. Fitz did have a hot hand and now thrown away like a dishrag he might not have that hot hand anymore. Just relax and wait and see.
  18. First, calm down... The Bills are 4-0 in the division vs 1-3 for Miami and that one win was against the hapless 0-6 Jets. The Dolphins beat SF mostly because of Fitz having a hot hand 22 of 28 for 350 yards, 3 TDs...and then they benched him. That Broke his heart in doing so... Miami is 11th in points scored, 28th in yards. Mostly because of Fitz who is now riding the pine. Miami defense is #1 in points allowed, 20th in yards allowed. The Ball bounced their way against the Rams with 4 turnovers but were outgained in yards by 471 to 145...whoa! Their next game is against the Arizona Cardinals, which should be very telling. Then the Chargers, Broncos, Jets, Bengals, Chiefs, Patriots, Raiders, Bills. In my view it's probably good to be pushed a bit to keep winning. Also, it's way better to be in a slump in OCT/NOV rather then DEC/Jan. The Bills control their own destiny at this point and need to get back to that high powered, high scoring passing offense. Plus, they now have a running game.
