Those Vikings are not good…..but they are going to get an overachieving Giants team in the WC Likely a 9ers team led by a rookie QB in divisional then they just have to pull a rabbit out of their arse against the winner of likely Philly/Dallas Bills Vikes baby! Haha

I think best scenario for us going into tomorrows games is…. 1. Bills win and clinch 2 seed 2. Bengals lose to Baltimore and are 3 seed (unlikely without Lamar playing tomorrow) 3. Chargers lose to Broncos (again, very unlikely) 4. Miami loses WC: #2 Bills vs #7 Steelers (or Pats if Steelers lose) #3 Bengals vs #6 Chargers - I favor this matchup because I think the Bills can handle KC at a neutral site but the Bengals and Chargers are a bit more unknown #4 Jaguars vs #5 Ravens Divisional: #1 Chiefs vs #6 Chargers - Chargers beating the Bengals would help us avoid them and the Chargers would get a third shot to beat KC after two very close matches earlier this year #2 Bills vs #5 Ravens - with Lamar probably back for playoffs they should be able to beat the Jags. Bills have played Jackson well historically AFCCG: #2 Bills vs #6 Chargers - home playoff game with Super Bowl on the line in late January Buffalo. I don’t think the Chargers will be up for it. Super Bowl: Bills vs Vikings - let their luck get them to this game so we can avenge ourselves. Super Bowl Champion Bills baby!

That is actually a creative solution to this.

It won’t change the contact rules but I could see the protocols for this type of emergency to be reviewed further to see if response could be improved further. I also think it will be much more clear about what constitutes the postponement and cancellation of a game for player health and safety reasons going forward. With all the confusion about potentially restarting the game from the TV broadcast, I think the NFL will want to clarify and avoid how that looked in the moment.

The Sharps have been on the Bills since the line came out which is why it moved from a pickem to Bills favored. That it continues to grow in our favor shows how confident the pro bettors are in us. Especially since the Bengals have been amazing ATS this year

That was a classic tuck rule in the Wilson “fumble” should have been called incomplete. Being in KC they gave it to the Chiefs 🤢

Pats need to win out to make playoffs basically. Miami for the most part just needs to go 1-1 to make the playoffs so they can lose this one and beat the Jets and likely make it in. assuming we spank the pats week 18

The Dolphins have basically played us to a draw this season (we are 1-1 and we have a +1 point differential against them). As much as I would like to see them and KC go at it in the first round, I really don’t want to play them in the playoffs if they made it through the wildcard round (give me JAX/Ten/Balty)….Go pats 🤢

Belichick is 32 wins away from passing Shula for most wins all time. As crazy as it seems, I think Kraft will try to let him man the ship until he gets that record. There May be some concessions Bill has to make - like hiring a real GM, OC and DC- but I think that would happen before Bill gets fired outright.

Overall the team underwhelmed but for the second week in the row our special teams as really let us down. Gave up great field possession on every Bears drive, Bass (who is usually so good) has missed 4 points, and Hines and punt coverage letting another punt get downed on us within the 5….feels like that has happened a lot this year. We gotta get special teams specialized so we are not always at a disadvantage, that’s how inferior teams like the Bears and Dolphins stick around in these games.

Johnson is there starter and a good CB, Vildor was their other starter. Kyler Gordon is next man up. They were already a terrible defense and this will open up the passing game further for us.

All those things could not go our way and we will still likely be fine. Bears don’t have the horses on the DLine to expose our beat up OL. Our run defense is best when we worry about taking that away rather than stopping the pass - see Tenn, Bal, NE game. And the Bears don’t have any WRs to worry about and their OL is one of worst in the league. This Bills team is different. We have learned from all of our mistakes over the past years. We played a crazier weather game against the Pats last year, we now know what we have to do to win in that weather. It’s the NFL so anything can happen, but this is one of the weeks we should have a relatively easy time.

Very good post. 11-3 with the highest Strength of victory in the league and one of the highest point differential. We now have 3 losses by like 8 points, have beaten every potential AFC playoff team except the chargers and have avenged 2 of our 3 losses already (now just waiting to avenge Vikings loss in Super Bowl). After 17 consecutive years of our lives having the season be over by December, we do need to smell the roses a bit about how successful this season has been so far.

it would be 31 after we win the Super Bowl. The dolphins had to forfeit a first round pick this year 😂😂 but yes, we need to upgrade OL desperately. If we don’t meet this seasons expectations, the OL will likely be the main reason.
