  1. Yeah, it was at a time where we wanted to conserve clock, so the read was Goodwin on the sideline. Figured he'd come out of the break harder towards the sideline, but instead turned into a missed dive.
  2. I think through 2 weeks the peaks and valleys have been more obvious than they were last year. I forget where, but I read that 33.3% of our offensive production has come on 3 plays. Tyrod has looked uncomfortable, and doesn't appear to trust Robert Woods or his OL, despite relatively solid pass protection. It's also worth noting, in my opinion, that the running game has been significantly worse so far this year. I believe this is due, in part, to Tyrod not running/rolling out.
  3. I don't have a lot of faith in Watson, honestly, but I feel he's the 2nd best prospect of what's available. The combination of Accuracy, Smarts, and Athleticism is nice for hope though.
  4. The guys I like at this point are Rosen & Watson, in that order.
  5. What about Dave Toub? Special Teams guy, so he could bring on an OC and a DC. Not being heavily involved with either the O or the D could ease the transition to HC and the additional duties that come with it.
  6. Unless it's 3rd & 1 or 4th & 1 and Greg Roman is the OC...
  7. I like his playbook and general offensive philosophy
  8. Agree with Bevell, I'd like to add Harold Goodwin: Arizona OC Kyle Shanahan: Atlanta OC
  9. if only it moved the sticks... I'm still not exactly sure why EJ is our short yardage back either.
  10. Problem is we have had a history dating back to Losman & Edwards of starting out hot and the collapsing. Starting 5-1 and finishing 6-10 was pretty standard.
  11. Darrell Bevell (SEA), Kyle Shanahan (ATL), Harold Goodwin (ARZ), or heck even Frank Reich (SD)
  12. I wasn't saying he isn't good, just saying he isn't Frank Gore. Styles are completely different with one being shifty and elusive and the other being physically punishing.
  13. Unfortunately, I don't think our personnel meshes well with this. We're much better suited for a Gailey style spread 'em out and create space tempo offense IMO.
  14. I know it's not the Bills, but the only one I remember from semi-recently was when the Ravens let a fan call the first play of the game for Make-a-wish, and he called a play action bomb which went for a TD to Torrey Smith.
  15. Didn't we do this last year against the Jets? I thought the very first play was a misfired shot to Sammy who beat Revis on the play.
  16. And months before that Cardale was the pick of the litter after going 3-0
  17. Yeah, I'm pretty sure the market was established when the Jags sent Gabbert to the 49ers for a 6th and a conditional pick the following year.
  18. 17. Blake Bortles, Tom Brady, Teddy Bridgewater, Derek Carr, Kirk Cousins, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Eli Manning, Cam Newton, Carson Palmer, Phillip Rivers, Aaron Rodgers, Matt Ryan, Alex Smith, Matt Stafford, Ryan Tannehill, Russell Wilson, Jameis Winston I don't disagree with your overall point though.
  19. The Bills offense will be top 5 in points scored. The Jaguars will win the AFC South for the first time in their team's history.
  20. I don't know the stats on QB's who only miss 1 game, but as far as 16 game starters go since 2000: 16 years * 32 teams = 512 possible 16 game starters With a little research it seems there have been 245 16 game starters in that time (~48% rate). Granted, not all of the examples here are due to injury. In 2015, 17 of a possible 32 started all 16 games for their team. I wouldn't call that rate rare. This was definitely a freak injury though, no doubt about that.
  21. Is she a Victoria's Secret model too?
  22. Nobody's comparing anyone to Al Bundy. Let's not get ahead of ourselves!
  23. I must be missing your point. You do realize that in the 4 3 TD games Taylor had he threw for 2 TD's before he threw his 3rd, right?
