  1. Was thinking more VJax, but I'd be fine with Boldin too. Those were the two names I had in my head anyway.
  2. Unpopular opinion, but to me Sammy needs a vet to look up to before he takes on leadership himself. Unfortunately, a player fitting that category hasn't been added at this point.
  3. I thought today was his kid's birthday so he spent the day there.
  4. Yeah, Probably Kyle, LorAx, & Hyde on D with Tyrod & Wood on O
  5. I prefer it to '17 and counting' or something to that effect. Losers mentality in the locker room needs to go.
  6. Isn't his next failed test an automatic 1 year suspension? Really hope he isn't dumb enough to chance that.
  7. So because Jimmy G was supposedly 1 spot behind Carr that means they were 1 & 2? Funny, in the actual draft Jimmy G was the next QB to go after Carr, but 3 others went before them.
  8. When eactly did he decide to release his rankings and make this public? Was it actually in 2014?
  9. Where can I look up various coordinators' draft boards?
  10. The problem is that you have somehow convinced yourself that any move that doesn't align with what you would do is non-visionary. Most non-Bills fans I know thought they would be crazy to let Tyrod go even at his inflated cap number because there was nothing better available, and after the restructure they felt the team was in a good position to take their time, evaulate, and bring in a prospect they like to take over on a less pressure driven timeline.
  11. So you're actively choosing to ignore that Foles was not a free agent at the time that Tyrod's deal was agreed upon. Okay, carry on.
  12. Tyrod's restructure was signed on March 8, Nick Foles was released on March 9.
  13. So you think that those options weren't considered or looked into? Also, at the time of the restructure none of the players you suggested were free agents. Are we trying to give away more of our limited draft assets, or did you have some other plan for what to offer their teams?
  14. Based on the prospects in the class I would not be surprised to see any of the teams with aging vets take shots in the first couple rounds. That group includes Chargers, Saints, Cardinals, Giants, Steelers off the top of my head. All I know is that I, for one, am glad that you aren't in charge (and I'm sure that's a two-way street).
  15. You do realize that their youngest QB has more experience than all of our QBs combined, right?
  16. I had one experience where the commentator said every game was on commercial break and the game clock was running in the Bills game (they were on the opponent's ~35yard line). If they can't show the Bills when literally no other games were playing they don't deserve my business.
  17. I thought you didn't like Tyrod 34
  18. Just my opinion, of course, but CB: Marshon Lattimore Tre'davious White Corderea Tankersley Gareon Conley Fabian Moreau Kevin King Ahkello Witherspoon Rasul Douglas Marquez White S: Jamal Adams Malik Hooker Obi Melifonwu Budda Baker Josh Jones Marcus Williams Desmond King Justin Evans Xavier Woods
  19. I think he's destined for the middle to end of the 1st round and going to a team that has an entrenched, but aging starter. Something like 13 to Arizona, 23 to the Giants, 27 to the Chiefs, 30 to the Steelers, or someone trades up to ~20 to get ahead of that last group.
  20. Thank you for the validation!
  21. Clearly you didn't read my last sentence.
  22. Clausen was a mid 2nd round pick, which wouldn't qualify as high for me (I can't defend PTR's stance on what he considers high though). I'd be for a QB at 44 this year if the right one is there, but 10 is too high imo. As far as the Jets go, I suppose Hack was picked almost the same place as Clausen. And oddly enough he seems to be just as replaceable And Petty was a 4th, just like Cardale. Also, no matter what you've done in the past or who is on your roster, you don't pass on a QB prospect you like when they are available at your pick. And that's something I'm sure we can agree on.
  23. Listen, you asked the question. I'm sorry you didn't like the answer. Anyone else on this roster with trade value either creates too large of a hole, or costs too much in dead cap to even consider trading. Next time don't ask questions if you're already an expert on the material.
  24. Good thing he doesn't turn 29 until July! Better pounce on the trade before he loses all his value next year!
