  1. I posted the stats. It doesn't matter if you break it down by game or by attempt. Hoyer is in no way a much better passer than Tyrod, and that's not even factoring in running and gamebreaking ability.
  2. Do you not think it's easier for Defenses to stop our run game when they don't have to worry about a WR threat beating them deep?
  3. In Hoyer's first 2 games this year he was 39/62 for 292, 0 TDs and 2 INTs. Add to that 1 run for -5 yards and a Fumble. His YPA was 4.71, his TD% was 0, and his Turnover % was 4.35. His passer rating was 60.7. As bad as Tyrod's week 2 was, this year he is 33/53 for 349, 2 TDs, 1 INT with 16 runs for 93 Yards. YPA of 6.58, TD% of 2.7, TO% of 1.35. His passer rating is 86.1. Hoyer has a higher completion % by 0.3%. Tyrod has a better YPA, total YPG, TD%, TO%, and Passer Rating.
  4. So your evaluation is that he is currently better than his best? Okay.
  5. Okay, continue using numbers that are easily proven factually false. That only helps your case for being credible, I'm sure.
  6. Even after Sunday's loss he's still over .500. I suppose you may mean .600 QB at best?
  7. Even '16 wasn't Lynn's scheme. Just his playcalling and prep.
  8. He was 5th in YPA in 2015 and is 11th since he became a starter. And, as has been pointed out by many on this board, that is with very few yards after catch (meaning it's mostly air yards).
  9. He's trying to do too much.
  10. I agree and don't really want to drag it out either. I just find it interesting that there are reasons for poor performance by some QBs, but for our QB it's always considered an excuse he should overcome. I do hope, for Cam's sake, that he returns to form. I just don't expect it after 18 games of play that would get him run out of Buffalo by the fanbase. I pm'd you. Hope you find it useful/interesting.
  11. The board added a college football subforum, in case you didn't know https://forums.twobillsdrive.com/forum/29-college-football/
  12. So what's the excuse for last year if the surgery was this year?
  13. I'll put gamecast up on another monitor while I do other things for this one I think.
  14. So those are acceptable reasons for Cam to go from an MVP level to Tyrod's level, but the fact that Tyrod's performance has dipped less than that under similar circumstances is making excuses?
  15. My fix wasn't for you specifically, though I understand it was a response to your post. I don't know if you've gone through the Cam thread, but I found several of the excuses in there to be pretty funny and ironic.
  16. Josh Rosen thinks Clemson should raise their academic standards
  17. Past 2 years has typically been 1 run, 1 pass with the option to flip. Sometimes inside run & outside run, sometimes more.
  18. A lot of the time 2-3 plays get called in the huddle and the one that the O runs is determined based on what the D is showing. This is based on 2015-2016. I'd have to ask if it changed much this year.
  19. He's worse than Mills, but I think our matchup is worse on that side still with Mills vs Miller. Shaq isn't going to outclass him quite like what I suspect Miller will do to Mills.
  20. You should probably stick to things you know about... He's been very efficient when it comes to scoring. Highest TD% in the league through 2 weeks!
  21. Where can we find this 'Brees, Brady, Rivers' QB? I'd argue that level of play is better than 'good'.
