  1. And really you're telling me that a rookie 5th round pick has a better chance to do that then TT....... And it they lose this week the playoffs are done. The Bills have tiebreakers already over Denver & Oakland, which were important. No reason they couldn't/shouldn't have waited one more game (being this looks very winnable if the Defense doesn't allow 250 yards rushing).
  2. I can hardly wait until Sunday and all of a sudden we'll see quicker play calls, shotgun, bunched receivers & motion and no plays that we watching on TV know before the snap the exact call......
  3. 300 yards rushing by NO. Defense didn't let them on the field and when they were look at the playcalling too. Oh and Thompson dropped a 40 yard pass that would have had them on the 25 yard line...... Yes well documented he was bad.
  4. Again Eli was going to play and Warner was only a placeholder in every possible scenario....... No comparison (after the records). What is interesting is the Bills finally have all their receivers and as a conspiracy theorist it is obvious they want to be rid of TT, Peterman is a stretch, but they have him starting in the best possible situation and probably are hoping for 6-10 and a good first round draft choice. TT with all his receivers and a win vs. LAC would have meant Peterman would have no real chance to start until December 10th (wouldn't start him on the road vs. KC or home vs. NE).
  5. Geez jettisoning Woods & Watkins and an OC that is clueless calling plays that emphasize their skill players (after Shady) has nothing to do with it either?
  6. Fans Wade Flutie - The fact Johnson wasn't pulled at halftime tells you what a joke that whole scenario was...... TT Polian Rex - He screwed up the d that's for sure...... but the team was .500...... Whaley
  7. Yes .500 over two years was burning down the place. Did they under-perform? Yes.... Was it a disaster? No...... The Defense was terrible and offensive playcalling suspect. Keep drinking the new regimes kool-aid......
  8. Or the play call was misdirection and was moving left with a playcall to throw left...... I can't blame TT without knowing twhat the OC called. You see this every game when teams line up as to where the play is going. This is not just the Bills. The issue with the Bills is defenses are usually ready for the playcall.
  9. Really all year and never happened? I'll play that game....... Second play of the NO game threw a slant to KB who was covered.
  10. Wow one pass, good blocking and soft coverage...... TT never completed a pass like that? Geez talk about grasping at straws. Now again if the bills were 3-6 or 2-7 sure scrap it. But when in a playoff spot coming off two pathetic defensive performances (yes bad O too, but Defense lost those games), this is a joke.
  11. Which means what? Regardless of what he does he's the Bills starter in 2018? Here's a list of the best late round QB's from 2012..... Another post had recent one's where the best was guess who....... Tyrod. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1154515-10-best-late-round-qb-selections-in-nfl-draft-history/ Talk about trying to catch lightning in a bottle.
  12. How about looking at the playcall. Three receivers on the right and the playcall is left..... Blocking and Taylor looking left only. So the question is simple (but don't expect an answer), who called it to look left and away from the receivers. See this over and over with the Bills.
  13. He wasn't the problem the last 2 weeks. Did he play bad? Yes....... Bills would have lost both games with Brady @ QB......
  14. Yes TT was lousy stuffing the run...... Defense allowed 81 points the last two weeks & 500+ yards rushing.
  15. That late drive included 1 completion........ Wow what a gutsy performance........ Bills should have (and would have) won by 2 td's that day with Flutie at QB.
  16. How about waiting one week? This is the game the Bills need to win (and winnable)!!!!! But even if TT started the game plan would have been lousy and the hope would be to win the turnover battle. Now an unproven throwaway 5th round rookie pick in to save the season. A complete joke.
  17. Again I've complained since day 1 (three years ago) about playcalling. Gets worse and as time has gone on doesn't improve. The FO got rid of their best offensive weapons in letting woods walk and Watkins for scraps. We're back to the yahoos telling us to "Trust the Process"..... 2017 was supposed to be a writeoff and the FO and Coach were banking on good will and those who bought in that .500 with Rex was terrible and this team is in cap hell and much worse then that better to go 5-11 (or worse) and build through the draft then go 10-6 and make the playoffs. This team (and the prior) have had terrible offensive sets that while good for the running game did not take advantage of TT strengths and want to showcase Watkins (and then pay him). The all22 shows open receivers, however when the playcall doesn't call for those plays not all TT's fault. The Peterman fans are the same who earlier this year were pounding their chests at 5-2 about the top defense in the NFL and that there is no reason to throw for 300 yards because the rest of the team is so damn good....
  18. How about the blame being the OC's? The players running open but is not the primary target (or secondary). That is the problem with the Bills there are players open but that isn't the play call. Saw it with Watkins over and over. Single coverage or DB 10 yards off and the play was him as a decoy. Sure TT is somewhat to blame but playcalling is the primary culprit.
  19. He put up points and 340 yards passing and was going for the game winning td. Johnson was putrid that day.
  20. Of course stadium wall writers are just so much smarter. Bills dumped Watkins for little, destroyed the receiving Corp and have an offensive game plan that doesn't take advantage of the qb's strengths. 17 years and counting. BTW it was a good article. For a fifth round rookie!!!!
  21. https://www.theringer.com/nfl/2017/11/15/16656660/buffalo-bills-bench-tyrod-taylor-quarterback-nathan-peterman Many more, but majority are perplexed, puzzled or laughing at the Bills again.
  22. The national media doesn't get it either. A move at 5-4 when receiving core may actually be healthy and trusting a 5th round rookie with 10 passes. Sunday afternoon will be interesting.
  23. Rob Johnson's playoff performance included a fumble and also a safety. The 131 yards still surprises me, though very TT like in completing 13 yard passes when it was 3rd & 15 (at least 3 times). Fortunately LAC has the worst home fans in football, but the Chargers are no pushovers. This is a must win and putting Peterman in is grasping at straws imo. Follow that up with Chiefs on the road & then NE, I have no idea why worst case he could have been put in the last 4 games. If the Bills lose this week, the season is over and asking a rookie to save the season is foolhardy.
  24. Well that pretty much says it all...... Johnson singlehandedly screwed them vs. the Titans........ Please no "The Bills were leading when he left the field"...... He was putrid that game......
  25. I have no idea what this staff is doing....... At 5-5 maybe, but throwing a rookie in with the playoffs still realistic is nonsensical. Seems after 17 years fans are grasping at straws.
