And you haven't watched the Rams (I have) or game film..... Goff is being coached to look for other receivers. Seldom is Watkins in the slot or a bunched formation. He is usually outside on the opposite side thus taking the #1 cover guy and help out of the play.

No I'm convinced he's a top 10 receiver, who in 2015 not 100% healthy had over 1000 yards receiving @ 17.5 yds/rec on the 29th ranked passing team.......

That's the point he is open and Goff has been coached very carefully not to throw his direction as he has garnered the best defender and double teamed. They've babied Goff if you watch the rams. Smart playcalling and great motion and sets. Something buffalo doesnt do.

And Taylor plays vs. If and they win 24-20 which he is capable of and has done (vs. 5th round pick) does that make McDermott look worse?

He hasn't owned it. That is the problem with McDermott. He's a fraud if Peterman starts the locker room is lost and top level fa's will not want to come here if they here tgis is a rebuilding program for 2020.

It wasnt that bad. A few tweaks and better coaching and that 7-9 (remember they threw away the last game in 2016) is 11-5 which wpuld have been reason for a parade here. Quit pretending we were 2-14 the last 4 years

Watch the rams. They are not throwing to watkins because Goff is told not to throw onto double coverage, which sammy draws along with their #1 coverage guy. Anyone who says kupp is a better receiver or open more often just want to denigrate watkins and knows nothing about football. Sure trust the process and who cared about 2017.

Again Peterman was a 5th round pick, who didn't even win the starting job in college 'til 2015 on a so-so team. He graded as a 5th round pick. This is not a first round can't miss...... Delusional to say the least (and I do feel bad for Peterman). Regardless he is not the answer going forward.

But he's brittle and out right now...... Like Jones, Benjamin and that Stud the Bills got Matthews......

To bring even a bigger smile to my face was his boy Cooper Kupp fumbled on the 1 on a play if you see the highlights, Watkins too was running over the middle wide open in the endzone and ignored, and then dropped a perfect crucial 3rd down pass too (much like Thompson vs. NO, when the game was 17-7).... I like Kupp, but reading the article above outlines how seldom Watkins has been targeted and many of them throwaways (Sunday's incompletion to Watkins was into double coverage and thrown out of bounds). However if they don't throw it to Watkins what can he do? Again I don't watch all22, but seen him open plenty of times when I watch the Rams. Now that will be a fun game on Sunday.

Again just wow....... Starting a qb not ready is not fair to anybody (and that includes Peterman). It may not be worse, but to do that vs. KC is unfair to the kid. Let's use Eli or Rivers, who both came in the same year as the top picks as the 1st & 4th picks of the draft. Eli was beaten up and pathetic down the stretch, but he was the #1 pick and Kurt Warner was terrible and Eli was the can't miss have to play starter. Rivers was the #3 qb (behind Drew Brees & believe it or not Doug Flutie). SD went 12-4, then 9-7 and then they traded Brees and Rivers waited & learned and was ready year 3 (where they went 14-2 with Tomlinson being a beast and then guess what flamed out in their first playoff game)....... That is the way it works with good teams and qb's..... You groom them and prepare them to play in the NFL.

But Tyrod should adapt to Dennison's offense. The idea that you play to your player's strength makes no sense according to this staff. Belichek is has announced they are turning Brady to into a running QB too.
