Yes I'm too looking forward to the two pass plays called that are innovative and actually has the primary target easily open and a 20+ yard reception down the field...... May be a first this year.

Bills clueless about Tyrod Taylor article
Billsfan1972 replied to Comebackkid's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You adapt to the players strengths, not your antiquated schemes. Did the Offense try and make Shady a power RB, Matthews a speed wr to stretch the field? No, but Tyrod a pocket passer..... This coaching staff is a joke the way they treated the offense (and now too the defense). Watch Goff and if you look close, you'll see right now a good (not great qb) who is succeeding due to great offensive playcalling. Wentz just has a great team behind him and looks outstanding and Watson is a great leader & athletic. We saw that great Offense that Dennison implemented with his QB vs. LAC get embarrassed last week. The egg on the coaching staffs' faces was well deserved. There is from what I can tell almost no Tyrod Fanboys (as opposed to Petermaniacs who wanted him named the starter out of training camp). There are many however who want to see Tyrod given the weapons and playcalling to se if he can throw for 300 and score 30+ points. I seemed quite obvious vs. LAC that the coaching staff were going out of their way to prove just how smart they were and calling plays that would have had Peterman throwing for 300 yards and 30+ points and being vindicated....... How did that work out???? -
Watkins needs to step up.... Woods out....

He's open but the play call is the other direction and McVay is protecting Goff who is no asked to make tough completions in traffic. If he was in coaching Buffalo Tyrod would be an elite qb. Watch the Rams play before an uninformed opinion. -
Who starts next week: Taylor or Peterman?
Billsfan1972 replied to SDS's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Or for those here still wanting Peterman to start vs. KC (32%)..... Fool me once, shame on you..... Fool me twice, shame on me...... -
No they set it expecting a sane man would bet Tyrod is the QB. If McDermott named Peterman it would have jumped to 12.
-
No I think no one in their right mind if thought Peterman was starting again. If he was the line would have moved 3 points.
-
You see I'm not certain how many Petermaniacs there are and how many just can't stand Tyrod. It really is sad that they go on and on and say the same thing over and over. Three points vs. Carolina a loss to Cincy and then the Jets and NO game. When he played well and the Bills won, I was decided for complaining that the offense couldn't move the ball and the few yards passing. Then I was told he cares. Get it right the OC has screwed the team with their terrible schemes and play calling and lousy trades undermining the Bills offence.
-
If the Bills hire an OC with a mind like McVay and invest in the O the Bills would be fine.
-
Actually this thread more then proves that McDermott lied to all you Petermaniacs. If some of the greatest hof qbs couldn't perform in their first start then with an important game with playoff implications on the line McDermott made you believe Peterman gave the Bills the best chance to win then he either lied or should be fired for incompetence.

Bills clueless about Tyrod Taylor article

But does Rodgers fit the OC's philosophy and is he a McDermott guy? Remember it is all about their character and playing their system!!!! -
Yes we know you want the Bills and more importantly Tyrod to be awful...... We get it..... And LAC and their pedestrian offense after the last two weeks is the best in the league. Often changes week to week and frankly the OC better be ready on Sunday. As stated I was completely off the Bills to start the season seeing what they did to the offense. In all my years (since 1972) I had never seen a new coach & FO come in and basically announce they were tanking (yea yea they never said it), just made moves that direction. At 4-2 I started wondering and at 5-2 I was ready to buy in (though still pissed at what they did to the offense). So yes I want Tyrod to play well on Sunday and the team to turn around on D as NYG has (so yes can happen).

Thanksgiving Football: What to Watch For

Here's our problem: Draft Rounds 1-3
Billsfan1972 replied to Rubes's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Here we go again...... Give them 3 years, because of all they've proven with their bombast. I'd respected them a whole lot more if they said we are going to build on what I see as a team on the cusp mired around .500 and make the Bills a destination spot for players. Instead they sold us that this is actually just a terrible team in need of a tear down and we are the saviors. Trading the better player in every trade made (outside Benjamin) doesn't instill any confidence because we have no idea if these guys are any good..... And again Mathews better then Darby (we got more in the trade so Philly thought Darby is the better player) And stop it thinking Gaines is any good and better then Watkins. When healthy Gaines has done a good (not great) job. -
Again Dak is three in a row (2 at home). No when I don't see play calling or a game plan that looks anything more then pedestrian and predictable, I won't put all the blame on Taylor. Heck give the Bills OC & credit vs. LAC. At least they tried to be aggressive and the results with Peterman were as expected. Again unfair to ask him to process and be at all prepared (not because he only had 3 days before someone uses that tired argument) because he is a 5th round rookie and they just are not ready........
-
Are you that daft? We are talking 3 games in a row........ 8 Ints & 3 fumbles..... I was pointing out just how bad Dak is, the league probably has caught up to him and he has a much better team & receivers. Obviously Dallas hoped they had the second coming of Tom Brady (and the exact same situation). Dallas I think misses Romo about now. Hope too Dak becomes a serviceable QB. A star the jury is still out on.

I feel bad for Peterman, but doesn't mean I can't laugh about it. I blame it 100% on the HO & coaching staff and if McDermott was a man as said he should have apologized and said he failed Peterman, the team & the fans...... Laughed at this admittedly http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nfl/12220/nathan-peterman Now if he comes back then all the power to him, just not this year.
