  1. Right I did not check, but can be pretty sure they did not take the field until half way through the 4th. Just thought it was interesting who was on the field. Can go on and on, but I would have liked to wait 'til after the SD game if he (TT) was just that bad....... At 5-5 sure I'll wave the white flag, but not with the season on the line should a 5th round rookie be the QB.
  2. I am not writing out the names, but one excited poster showed Peterman completing a pass to Benjamin as the greatest example of reading a defense. I decided to see who was on the field for NO...... 21,25,26,50,57,91,92,93 are the #'s I could see....... Checked their stats and seems almost everyone was a non-starter, special teams player...... Congrats our starters (and Peterman now is the starter) had a TD drive vs. their garbage time players....
  3. With a wink & a nod...... They begged you to be okay with a losing record under the guise of cleaning up the previous regimes mess. It was a joke.
  4. Why because Watkins is an Elite WR and was selected #4 and when healthy put up those #'s on the Bills. He has been healthy this year and catching the few balls thrown his direction by a not so accurate passer who is throwing more to a rookie 3rd round pick (Cooper Kupp). Yes I expected a big year and he then would have had to be paid like good players are. If he stays healthy the rest of the season he will get #1 receiver money regardless of how often Goff throws to him.
  5. Not emotional, just thought the crap people bought when the FO said in "not so many word" that they were tanking an .500 team the prior 2 years pissed me to no end. I expected a big year from Watkins.... And Boldin would have stuck imo if Watkins wasn't traded and what he saw in training camp. Tyrod's to me was given a lousy offense and game plan to work with. Geez let's go back to the threads when 5-2 as to what a D we had and all we needed was 200 yards passing a game from Tyrod...... I was the one with threads clamoring to throw for 300 like every NFL team can. This O is a joke......
  6. Actually I did say it and temper it to some extent watching the NO game. However I watch Goff too and they have put him in very good positions to throw. The OC has done a great job with the OL, a talented WR corp (where Watkins is ignored sadly), a running game that is successful due to spreading the field and finally blowout games against weak opponents to date..... The Bills front office traded Watkins after he caught 4 straight passes in the preseason game, did not do anything to help the offense and implemented an offense that does not play to their QB's strengths. The running game has been affected too if no one has noticed. The FO basically said they were tanking the season and yet some here go on an on due to either blind loyalty to a staff that has done little to date or dislike of the QB.......
  7. I don't disagree and that is what I have said over and over. I see the Bills line up and admittedly wanted to see Watkins get passes and would be gobsmacked looking at opportunities at LOS and knowing that the playcall was either the other direction or a run (in a passing down). That is why I've asked over and over what the heck is going on and who is responsible!!! I can't believe you have 4 player go right and the QB looks and rolls left. That has to be the play call imo.
  8. Again then the question is why is he dropping back and looking only left at Clay? Is he that inept or the OC. If we only knew what was in his head or that of the OC. You have everyone on the right and he drops back looking left.
  9. If the play call is roll left and throw, going right is impossible unless the play is busted, which it wasn't. The issue was no one was open running on the left side.
  10. And really you're telling me that a rookie 5th round pick has a better chance to do that then TT....... And it they lose this week the playoffs are done. The Bills have tiebreakers already over Denver & Oakland, which were important. No reason they couldn't/shouldn't have waited one more game (being this looks very winnable if the Defense doesn't allow 250 yards rushing).
  11. I can hardly wait until Sunday and all of a sudden we'll see quicker play calls, shotgun, bunched receivers & motion and no plays that we watching on TV know before the snap the exact call......
  12. 300 yards rushing by NO. Defense didn't let them on the field and when they were look at the playcalling too. Oh and Thompson dropped a 40 yard pass that would have had them on the 25 yard line...... Yes well documented he was bad.
  13. Again Eli was going to play and Warner was only a placeholder in every possible scenario....... No comparison (after the records). What is interesting is the Bills finally have all their receivers and as a conspiracy theorist it is obvious they want to be rid of TT, Peterman is a stretch, but they have him starting in the best possible situation and probably are hoping for 6-10 and a good first round draft choice. TT with all his receivers and a win vs. LAC would have meant Peterman would have no real chance to start until December 10th (wouldn't start him on the road vs. KC or home vs. NE).
  14. Geez jettisoning Woods & Watkins and an OC that is clueless calling plays that emphasize their skill players (after Shady) has nothing to do with it either?
  15. Fans Wade Flutie - The fact Johnson wasn't pulled at halftime tells you what a joke that whole scenario was...... TT Polian Rex - He screwed up the d that's for sure...... but the team was .500...... Whaley
  16. Yes .500 over two years was burning down the place. Did they under-perform? Yes.... Was it a disaster? No...... The Defense was terrible and offensive playcalling suspect. Keep drinking the new regimes kool-aid......
  17. Or the play call was misdirection and was moving left with a playcall to throw left...... I can't blame TT without knowing twhat the OC called. You see this every game when teams line up as to where the play is going. This is not just the Bills. The issue with the Bills is defenses are usually ready for the playcall.
  18. Really all year and never happened? I'll play that game....... Second play of the NO game threw a slant to KB who was covered.
  19. Wow one pass, good blocking and soft coverage...... TT never completed a pass like that? Geez talk about grasping at straws. Now again if the bills were 3-6 or 2-7 sure scrap it. But when in a playoff spot coming off two pathetic defensive performances (yes bad O too, but Defense lost those games), this is a joke.
  20. Which means what? Regardless of what he does he's the Bills starter in 2018? Here's a list of the best late round QB's from 2012..... Another post had recent one's where the best was guess who....... Tyrod. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1154515-10-best-late-round-qb-selections-in-nfl-draft-history/ Talk about trying to catch lightning in a bottle.
  21. How about looking at the playcall. Three receivers on the right and the playcall is left..... Blocking and Taylor looking left only. So the question is simple (but don't expect an answer), who called it to look left and away from the receivers. See this over and over with the Bills.
  22. He wasn't the problem the last 2 weeks. Did he play bad? Yes....... Bills would have lost both games with Brady @ QB......
  23. Yes TT was lousy stuffing the run...... Defense allowed 81 points the last two weeks & 500+ yards rushing.
  24. That late drive included 1 completion........ Wow what a gutsy performance........ Bills should have (and would have) won by 2 td's that day with Flutie at QB.
  25. How about waiting one week? This is the game the Bills need to win (and winnable)!!!!! But even if TT started the game plan would have been lousy and the hope would be to win the turnover battle. Now an unproven throwaway 5th round rookie pick in to save the season. A complete joke.
