Diggs Extended 4 more years breaking news per WGR 550
Thrivefourfive replied to BillsPride12's topic in The Stadium Wall
The signing isn’t about Diggs. It’s about what happens on field as a whole. With Diggs out there, happy, the defenses have to give him WR1 treatment. Allows the other weapons on offense to over produce. We can’t look at the huge $$ for Diggs as being just a Diggs deal. It’s a Bills deal. -
What would it take to get Chase Young?
Thrivefourfive replied to Weatherman's topic in The Stadium Wall
Mack wasn’t worth it to Chicago. Not his fault, the team wasn’t ready and nowhere near ‘an impact player away from the Super Bowl’. Although the Bills are in a different boat than Chicago was back then, Young isn’t exactly as proven a commodity as KM, and paying the Mack isn’t going to happen around the NFL lol -
Should the Bills extend Edmunds?
Thrivefourfive replied to Victory Formation's topic in The Stadium Wall
Absolutely hate the proposal of ‘just move him outside..’ Why? So he can suck there too?! That is not a solution on an NFL roster. Makes no sense at all to me. -
Having guys fresh in the playoffs is the end game. Period. Singletary isn’t going to “carry” any load. If he does, he’s done, and the Bills would be leaning on other backs in the playoffs. Singletary should be one of the guys that helps the team get through 17 games and then be in the mix for a bigger load in the tournament.

Rather excited to have a new OC
Thrivefourfive replied to 78thealltimegreat's topic in The Stadium Wall
I agree with that ^^ This is Josh’s team. If ANYONE on the coaching staff or roster is here longer than JA, that would be a tremendously good thing. I think at this point Allen can take on more of an offensive scheme/philosophy roll within the planning rooms. He’s pretty much done everything asked of him to become a great NFL quarterback. Next up, on the field, he’ll need to sense pressure in the pocket especially from the outside rushers who are coming from behind after Allen slides up, and become a boring ol’ pocket passer for 98% of his snaps. Career longevity should be a focus now. He literally has only one/two more years of trucking D lineman five times a game. (Hopefully none.) So a new OC and Allen’s hands-on involvement is the way this thing is headed. And I like it! -

Uhh Don’t like it at all. This was the year to win a Super Bowl. Josh Allen will prove to be OC proof, but I like keeping the gang together as opposed to something new.. …I change my mind…. New offensive Coordinator will be Promised Land material! Happens all the time Daboll will suck in NJG -
Honestly what do you do moving forward?
Thrivefourfive replied to Milanos Milano's topic in The Stadium Wall
I’ve got a different take on this. I say get a stud #1 WR in the first. I saw J Williams (ALA) being mocked 30th to the Chiefs. See what they did there. The Bills need him more than the Chiefs. Every position on the field next year could potentially be improved except one: WR1. Diggs isn’t a game changer anymore, and barely ever was one. His completions are stop and hit the ground routes. G Davis emerged for real, so grabbing Williams to be tutored on the nuances of the position by Diggs/Davis would be what this team needs most of all — more weapons for Allen. -
No way. McD takes the heat off Frazier so Frazier can get outta town.

My wife thought we won with two minutes left. I told her, not yet. Then she thought we lost with a minute left. I told her, there’s time. Then she really thought we won with 13 seconds left. I repeated what I had previously said. After the coin flip, I told her we lost. She asked, “…the coin flip?” I said, “No. The game.” She enjoys watching baseball.

Got two words for the draft. Jameson Williams. Give him to Josh. See what happens. Rounds 2-7, figure out the rest

At worst he’s 2. That’s if Mahomes wins the super bowl. At it stands right now, Allen is QB1, and no matter what happens this playoffs he’ll be QB1 in September 2022

How many chances does McDermott have left?
Thrivefourfive replied to Igotbills's topic in The Stadium Wall
Mc-kick-it-deep stays. But the Pegulas buy Leslie Frazier a house in whatever team’s market that he interviews for. Make that move happen. With that talent,,,, the defense soiled a Dream game -

Perfect. Edmunds a day late and a dollar short (I hope), chasing, and missing. Just a perfect way to lose yet another close game this season (0-5 in such games?). Maybe last year was just an freak blimp and it’s 25 more years of SUCKING -

A big problem with this defense is that the opponents BEST player/s are always beating them badly. It never seems to be a helping hand type of guy. Godwin is WIDE OPEN -

I’m afraid these guys don’t even try anymore. It’s a shame. What did Marvin Lewis say twenty years ago to his sideline — oh yeah.. “Play like a *****in’ PRO!” -

Sit and sulk again, Allen. The defense is tipping the ball to themselves, and it’s totally embarrassing. As Allen sits and looks around and talks to no one -

The Bills run the ball, and they get zero yards before contact. They pass and there’s five defenders in the scene. What is going on out there. -

Time to go sit and sulk Allen. Can’t complete a ten yard pass, 100% wide open passing lane. He’s pathetic at this point. -

Seriously question here... Does Allen never have anything to talk to his teammates about on the sidelines between drives..? Ever..? He looks, as always, totally insulated from his teammates over on the bench. It screams take the money and run. Which isn’t out of the realm of possibility, unfortunately -
