Tough crowd? He’s the 3rd overall pick. Plays next to a top end DT and some pretty solid rushers. He’s not on exclusive double teams. He was anointed as one of the best prospects of recent years and even the best player in the draft. On top of that, he’s been compared to Micah Parsons and Von Miller. Didn’t say he’s awful or even bad. Just that he’s pedestrian… And that’s not wrong.

Abdul Carter needs to have the breakout game. Guy has been pedestrian for the 3rd overall pick.

Well said. Unstoppable is absolutely right. Pedestrian games for Josh are still great games. You might be right about the Chiefs but you still have to factor all the events that have unfolded regarding their receivers and running backs. If they can draft some offense on par with their starters they’d have a chance to revert to being a dominant team.

Damn. That sucks. Always thought he’s a quality running back. Never amazing but steadily reliable and dependable since his Pittsburgh days.

Who would that be? Only two I could see is Tomlin or Payton. Both would absolutely have to fail miserably for them to be canned, even then I think they probably give each guy one more year.
