Well that is partly because Coach McDermott has selected some awful coaches. Vey few of coaches who have left have done so for promotions to higher positions.

Kumerow has shown he is a good WR for blocking which is something Hodgins has not shown. Robert Woods was also a very good WR blocker and this ability to block was discounted by many posters preferring high celing of Sammy "feet of glass" Watkins.

Zay Jone's WR coach was signed as WR letting go WR coach (who was highly evaluated) and told Coach McD he was WR most prepared to be a NFL WR so he was selected too early. Then the WR coach was not able to develop Zay Jones any further and was let go as which happened at other positions in NFL.

I do not think I have ever seen her. I looked on IMDB and only shows I have watched she was on was "Burn Notice" and "Dollhouse" in which she appeared in one episode.
