  1. he'll be gone before bills pick.
  2. finally someone tries to put the quotes in context. Thanks. that's why I like to watch his interviews, you can tell he has a real dislike for the media.
  3. Last year Crossman had them in the top 5. The wide receivers have nothing but good things to say about Lal--Sammy specifically stating he's learning how to really run routes now. I have no clue why you'd put Lee in the group? Thurman and Rex are the DC, so if you blame Thurman, then you also blame Rex.
  4. its not any more complicated than that. Different coaches, different systems.
  5. Ummm...different defensive systems? for $1000 Alex.
  6. Having to run his defense ruined one of the best pass rushes D-lines in the league.
  7. I think Rex most likely runs the overall operation fine, and he has an excellent staff. I think the discipline or lack of comes from trying to be a players' coach, wanting to be their buddy, and his bloviating. He also is not a good game-day HC.
  8. Another solid TE to complement Clay might be more valuable in Roman's offense. Vernon Davis could be relatively cheap short term option.
  9. The Schwartz did it. The significant change was in ppg on D last year. It's that simple. The results this year have the same cause, though the opposite direction.
  10. I see this happening, but it needs to expand rapidly--increasing the number of PAs, as they can handle the majority of visits. The problem is they are tied to specific drs who limit the total number of patients they will take. If you can't get an appt for several days, then er is the option.
  11. I stated "that has helped restrict supply for a long time" for a reason. Certainly, "they" don't own the monopoly on the problem, but their efforts over the years are a major contributing factor. Ironic that one of the "liberals" is making the case for letting the market work...
  12. There is a very strong lobbying group that has helped restrict supply in this country for a long time.
  13. Despite any of my previous grumblings, it's the best decision at this time. In my view, Whaley's moves last year to bolster the offense set this team up with a 2-year window to make a serious move in the playoffs. Despite RR's claim that he was not wedded to a system, he is. In HINDSIGHT, hiring a different HC and keeping Schwartz was the optimal move. Can't change history. "Obviously," Whaley will now re-tool the front 7 of the D to fit what RR needs, beginning with the release of Mario in some form.
  14. Not when supply is controlled by a monopoly. Envision a vertical supply line...
  15. Based on your logic, he !@#$ed up big time. Who needs more "clutch" experience for the playoffs, your D or the Jets O? Fitzpatrick HAD a history of choking against hoodie; not anymore.
  16. The difference is many are now insured. And one of the reasons the newly insured go to ER is the shortage of doctors caused by restricting supply.
  17. i'm not sure where they should be ranked, so I gave a general reply suggesting 10-15.
  18. The O-line went from almost last in the league, to a little better than average--a huge move.
  19. When I watch the game I won't be able to root against them, but all week I will be thinking it's ok if they lose because it increases the chances of getting rid of the dope of a HC, improves their draft position, and I do hope Fitz gets in.
  20. reunited with Suh in Miami.
  21. roman was given a lot of nice toys to work with by Whaley: TT, clay, shady, and harvin.
  22. whats your criteria for ranking?
  23. thats a real stretch, one smart player. It didn't look like he did a good job of plug n play after 2010 despite constantly drafting D in R1.
