IMO Something is up with Diggs' and Allen's relationship. No inside information, but a plausible conclusion based upon facts as I see them. FACTS: Today at his Presser Josh said about Diggs' absence, "I know internally, we are working on some things, not football related." FACTS: as early as week 11 verses the browns in Detroit, Diggs was displaying dissatisfaction with the offense. FACTS: early in the Cinci playoff game, Allen missed Diggs on a pass, the first miss to Diggs of the day, and Diggs was already throwing his hands in the air. FACTS: At the end of the Cinci game, Diggs blew up at Josh on the sideline. FACTS: Diggs was asked if he was upset by multiple media personal during Superbowl week. One answer he repeated in different ways, "I want the people around me to work as hard as I do." FACTS: Diggs mentioned that around week 9, the offense changed and became less effective. FACTS: Josh has said multiple times that he has refocused this off season and is more committed to winning than ever before. FACTS: Conspicuously, McDermott has said the same thing: "Josh is more focussed than ever." FACTS: In the press conference today, Josh indicated that the issue Diggs has goes beyond football and is partly personal. FACTS: Josh and his long-time girlfriend broke up after the season. FACTS: Money, the most common cause of Wide receiver diva behavior, doesn't appear to be an issue, because of how much he is being paid and the ironclad nature of the contract. SPECULATION: Josh dealt with personal drama during the 2022 season, that began around Week 9, and continued to season's end, somehow led Diggs to believe Josh was distracted. Josh has bridges to mend. Will we ever know for sure? NO. But, bros before... girlfriends.

im always for depth and competition. he has a leg up because he knows the system, but, in the end, i think our current roster would make Levi a PS guy. Which is okay, because the better your PS the better your depth. Also, does he play special teams?

To justify being a first rounder, he woukd need to be much much better, not just in ability but in PRODUCTION. This is not likely.

Now we have two Dawson Knox’s. Yippee.

That is 100 percent true, and his only knock. Will he be able to learn to beat press? If he does, and that is what people complained about with Jefferson coming out, he could be an all star.

Addison is gone. Only one day one starter left at wide receiver. Will he last to us. Jalin Hyatt to me is a future Justin Jefferson. Please Giants don’t steal this from us.

He is maybe the fastest guy I’ve seen in this class, but it is football speed,. H is a long strider. I think you’ll love him if he falls to us. He is smooooooth fast.

If we go with receiver, we are down to two: Addison or Hyatt. To me it isn’t close.

He is skinny , but 6 foot, and he flies.

Hoping Jalin Hyatt falls to us. None of the small receivers light my fire.

Getting nervous. I want a wide out.

Hyatt will surprise people. Even if the other guys are there, he is my number one choice at receiver for us. A real take the top off the defense wide out with height. He is a second round talent but I feel that is true of all the wideouts this year.

Goodbye Captain Jack! We will miss what should have been.

He is good, but I don’t love his competition when the ball is in the air, but that may be because of the QB not getting the ball to a good spot or throwing with velocity.

Johnson is good but for my money Hyatt is the guy. More deep speed. I don’t love any of the receivers as first rounders, but we might not get a shot at him in the second.

This draft is pushing receivers back and back. Come Beane get a field stretcher, and for my money, that’s Hyatt. He will open up everything underneath and give Josh a true deep target, maybe his first ever. Sorry Smoke.

I Jan at 9! Wow! Didn’t see that coming. He looks good, but not at nine.

He gets tired and plays upright. Little bend. I didn’t like him as a 1st rounder. But who knows.
