  1. The article is compelling. I try telling myself its anecdotal, but it rings true. Sad but true.
  2. I hate to say it, but maybe it really is just another case of a black man driving a nice car.
  3. Technically, blitz is 3 minutes a side or longer. What they're describing is actually next level fast. The chess they're talking about is called bullet. All serious chess needs to be played with time limits, and, to me, chess has always been the best corollary for football. I'm a huge football fan and a fairly serious chess player and have always called football the chess of sports. The whole he-goes-there-I-go-here-and-if-he-goes-there-next part is a lot like calling plays, changing defenses, adjusting formations and so on. I love this, and I think there is great value in teaching bullet chess. Way to go. And I would love to see JA try this.
  4. I think Lombardi only watched the games he mentioned. Josh wasn't asked to do much. Our offense wasn't great around him. He is a solid middle of the pack QB and with this defense that is good enough. Plus, he is only improving. Good things to come....
  5. I think this could be the year. I'm so optimistic. We need to stay healthy. Fingers crossed.
  6. Patriots Fan giving the Bills some credit again. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=inq18CVz2MA I actually agree with everything, except for the Tampa Bay part. Brady or not, I'm just not feeling it for them.
  7. If Zay catches a pass Barkley wins the Pats game for us.
  8. I guess I was just looking for some generic advice about publicly traded companies that might have Buffalo tie-ins. In stead everyone just trying to outdo the next person with something funny, just like most posts I guess. I'll keep hunting. Thanks for a few laughs at least! Go Bills!
  9. I'm wondering if anyone has done the research to see if there are any publicly traded stocks that will go up if the Bills make a Superbowl run. I think the Bills could pull it off this year, and it has to be good for some sort of price spike somewhere we might be able to capture. Thanks in advance.
  10. I put money on Josh to win mvp and Singletary to win rookie of the year in in 2019, but it was free money because I bet on the Bills win total, and at 6.5 I knew I'd win that. I made money last year because I won on the Chiefs, too. But Josh ton win mvp last year was a stretch. This year I'm in again on Josh to win MVP and the Bill's to win the east. Not as much of a stretch as last year, but if I hit that's some real money. I'm not as sure about those as last years win total, but it makes the season more fun. And 100 bucks can be 4k. Why not?
  11. I love the love. And I think he's right. Pretty much with everything in the article. A lot can change, but I think it is where things look right now.
  12. I think your grades are fair. However, I'd edge up Nsheke and Edmund's and edge House down.
  13. We had five or ten opportunities to win that game and blew them all. That's what hurts the most.
  14. Respect Lorax. Respect. And I hope you still do the LoDown show on WGR.
  15. So many coaching mistakes. As mich as I hope Josh and the rest of the team learns from this loss, McClapsalot needs to learn even more.
  16. Run the friggin ball in OT and we win. Period. End of story. Allen tried to do much? Sure, but you set him like he had to!
  17. They decided to bench Josh Allen in favor of Rob Johnson. Surprise move. Johnson is double taping his shoes now.
  18. Audio is subpar, but I think Scott's takes are solid. One thing he said which really stood out is that this Texans team really only has two players.
  19. I think you're actually arguing FOR the importance of good gunners on punt cover teams. It is the pressure these guys put on the returner that forces a fair catch. He looks pretty good. I mean he is fast and tennacios, and I only ever see him doubled.
  20. Poor specilal teams plus poor execution on blockingassignment equals more bench time. Love William's for the future, but he either breaks into the top 3 WR or he becomes a better special teamer.
