Sorry, I didn’t click because they annoy me. This might be unpopular, but I couldn’t give a rat’s ass about an MVP for Josh. Sure, he probably should deserve several before he’s done, but Lamar Jackson has two already. Good for him. I’d rather hold out for Super Bowl MVP.

I want to win a Super Bowl as much as the next guy, but if you can’t enjoy the hell out of stuff like that, I don’t know what to tell you.

In high school I think it took a 93 to get an A. I figured any more than that was wasted energy but gave me a little cushion. I was an A student with a 93 average when I graduated. No wasted energy. Grades are funny. The Bills did what they had to do, and I feel good about most of what I saw. It wasn’t a game you’re going to tell the grandkids about.

If we went to Pass/Fail, we’d still find ways to argue about it. That’s just how it works.

That’s what you pray for when you draft a guy. You want them to be wildly productive and worthy of a big deal. It stings a bit when you have to pay, but eventually you want to have that problem. Even in preseason he was tossing starters around in his few snaps. As people say, we need more elite playmakers, and Groot could very well be one of those guys at a premium position. .

I’d say we were very fortunate to be playing the Cardinals. It was a little gift from the schedule gods to give us something like a preseason to work out kinks. They didn’t blow me (or the Cards) away, but I’m looking forward to seeing them grow from here.

People say the Bills lack elite players, but I think we are about to see Rousseau emerge as a stud. It’s only one week, but three sacks is a good day at the office. He looked unblockable on his few plays in the preseason against the first team. Fingers crossed! 🤞

Apparently somebody is not a fan of apt names, or money. 🤷‍♂️ You don’t have to be a genius at everything to be crazy rich.

Rousseau only had a few plays in preseason, and he seemed to dominate most of them. Here’s to hoping he is the next guy we put in the “elite” category for Beane draft picks. He can be a serious BEAST!

I think it’s best if we put “is it a record” to the side. The point should be that we spread the ball around. We are looking for games to see where we’ve done more, but what if we look at all the games where we did less. It’s one game. Let’s stay healthy, keep piling up wins and see what it looks like with a bigger sample size.

Sometimes it’s hard to tell what’s serious around here. It’s usually obvious, but there are times when I find myself wondering. How’s the left wrist doing?

If the halftime show was any good, when would I go to the bathroom? I believe Salt Lake City is the home of (the) Jazz. Not only doesn’t it fit, but why not rake in all the merchandise $$$ by rebranding a bit? I never got that.

I can’t answer the question (although it’s posted above that there was at least a tie), but it does remind me of the way the other Brady (Tom) used to piss me off. He’d have 11 completions in the first quarter to 8-9 different guys. You never knew where he’d go next and you have to try to cover it all. There’s a lot to be said for that. .

I don’t recall the exact wording, but I have a sneaky feeling she was baited into those Bills comments a couple rounds ago, but that was all in good fun. No problems there. I didn’t have sound at the bar, but she is a person I trust in front of a camera. It’s hard not to like and appreciate her. She has a lot of her mom in her, and that’s an awesome thing. .

I think Jess and the family would prefer it that way. I was in a bar with no sound, but I can’t let that brother me. .

I think the back surgery and subsequent recovery also held back his development more than a lot of people realize. The team knows where he stands. .
