I’d buy a shirt even if I couldn’t make it. A dinner cruise would be interesting. It’s been a long time and I wish I knew the area better to have suggestions.

He told me “I like to see fear in a grown man’s eyes.” Um, excuse me??? I don’t know about the dog, but that is a guy who has a dog for all the wrong reasons. I’ve been bit by a dog once in my life. A friend’s little Schnauzer jumped up and broke the skin on my thigh thru my pants. I was not in fear for my life, but I did consider launching it off the 8th floor balcony. It’s not about how sweet an animal can be, you also have to consider how lethal it can be. If the Schnauzer goes wild, I’ll be OK.

I loved the Braves…….but they moved. (You might have heard.) I enjoyed the Bird/Magic era and watching Jordan, but my interest has waned to right about zero now. IF I had a favorite team, it was probably the Celtics who knocked us out of the playoffs regularly. Go figure. When they talk NBA now, I listen to music. I don’t even watch the Finals. They ticked me off by coasting thru regular season games we paid a fortune to attend with our kids. My son turned to me and said “They’re not even trying!” Yep. My son was a very good little baseball player. They called after one season and asked if he wanted to play 2nd base and be leadoff hitter on the All-Star team. He said “Do I have to? Half the guys are just standing around, and the other half are sitting.” That was music to my ears! From the mouthes of babes. I’m pretty much just a Bills fan, and I enjoy my college hoops team. My son went to FSU and his wife went to UGA, so I watch a good bit of them too living in Atlanta. .

Mello Yello! I hadn’t thought of that in forever. I guess that was the predecessor to the devil’s juice we call Mountain Dew. Getting kids addicted to sugar while creating the hand habit is brilliant yet evil marketing. Anything for a buck!

I’m also uncertain about how I feel about the Christmas presents I’m going to find under the tree this year. It’s just a bit too early to say. 🤷‍♂️ Obviously we all want the team to be better, but we will have to wait and see what happens before I can even venture a guess. I do expect Beane to fill almost every void in FA so we don’t go into the draft desperate at any position. That’s how he rolls, so I’m eager to see what we look like after all that takes place. Yes, I expect you will. 😋

There was that Gabe Davis guy a couple years ago vs the Chiefs. We should make a run at him! 😋

I think one of the 2nd tier of WR’s will be available at #28. The top 3 will be long gone, but one of the others will be available. It would be much cheaper to move up in the 2nd round and I’d love to have a mountain of a man plugging the middle so our LB’s can fly to the ball cleanly.

Great players are not easy to come by. I say we keep them when we find them.

RIP For some reason I always found him to be more likable than most. He had struggled with his health for years, but when it comes to an end it’s still a shock. Prayers for the family to find peace.

Sorry if this was included already, but I haven’t studied all 80 pages. I thought this was a good watch. This made me think of how high Greg Cossell was on him. EDIT: This is more of a breakdown of his game than a highlight reel. I’m not a huge fan of highlight reels. . .
