While I was hosting trivia last night, my friends over at the table near me began waving me over to show me Twitter on what happened, like 20 seconds after it did. Pretty crazy. I don't know Thom well, but I've been around him enough to know this isn't all "that" shocking. I'm not saying he's a hard-core homophobe, but the crowd he hangs with.....hmmmm. There is a pretty conservative upper-class part of town here were they all reside. I had the "pleasure" of bartending at a place for 10 months where they went.

It's more of a start and stop situation. They'll start, THEN they'll sit for perhaps 3 weeks, bubble up, and finish the season. There's no way they are playing more than 10 games total without a bubble.

Make it an Easter Egg hunt in and around outside the home........a Snickers in the bush, a Skittles under a pillow. Kids just want the candy, parents just want to have an IPA and get after it once the kids go to bed.

I used to live in OP, live in Cincinnati since 1995. Kids are in a district that voted twice on what to do. The parents overwhelmingly voted no to either a 5-day schedule in school, or 100% online. So they have to figure out a second option, and here we are. 2 in, 3 out. It's the best in a bad situation, in my opinion. AIN'T NO WAY I'm sending out my 10 year old for Halloween. I'll buy him all the candy he wants, but no way is he going out.

I'm terrified for my kids to go back to school next week. And it's a nice district that is 2 days in the building, limited attendance, and 3 days at home.

Damn...........that stinks. So sorry to hear this. I had his jersey, purchased directly from an Aud merch stand, as a kid. RIP Dale......you were a Sabres legend for a while.
