  1. Nice call.
  2. Sorry I found this thread so late. Here's a song and video that was stuck in my head and I finally remembered enough to locate it. Don't know why this guy didn't make it big, but he has an amazing voice. The video is so stylistic, in a simple way, and I dare you to try to take your eyes off of it. Finally, the one back-up singer (the brunette with the hoop earrings)has a smile and eyes that make me want to buy her a house. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z4KQnM5ogtw
  3. I'm working on a web site and am using bluehost for the hosting. I was referred to them by a friend and chose them because of their low price and the fact that they advertise, "New drag and drop templates." I have found that not to be the case and don't like the free web site builders they suggest - live site and concrete. Can anyone recommend a free site where I can find some templates that utilize drag and drop technology? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
  4. To even ask him that question was terrible on the part of Scott Brown from Channel 2. Here is a guy saying things that, as a Sabres' fan, had me believing I was having a wet dream. Only in Buffalo could we then say, "Yeah, this is great, but will you save the Bills, too?" Bush league. But what a day to be a Sabres' fan!
  5. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qC3GrpNNcpY&feature=player_embedded# I bet she'll never steal from him again.
  6. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q4880PJnO2E Here's the complete opposite of what went down yesterday. A young girl freezes up and Mo Cheeks knows precisely what to do.
  7. I wasn't endorsing the validity of the credentials of the guy(s) at Bleacher, but I will say that I like having the videos up to take an immediate look at the projected player in action.
  8. It's WR A.J. Green in the 1st and LB Martez Wilson in the 2nd (with all QB's excepting Gabbert on the board). Updated Mock Draft
  9. This topic is wide right of my sensibilities.
  10. Turns out the longtime maker of the "Terrible Towel" is a company in Wisconsin that bleeds Packer Green and Yellow. They are busy working on a Packer counter-towel. (To work the Bills and our old towel into this post) Could they put the "Whammy" on the Steelers? Terrible Towel made by Cheeseheads
  11. Don't ask, don't tell, but if that's what it takes to get to the SB, I hope to see C.J. dry-humping Fitz next January.
  12. It will probably cost me my "man card," but when I watch highlights from this game or the Houston comeback game I get a bit emotional. There was such a bond with that team. Maybe that will return someday - winning goes a long way in that regard. Boy, do I miss those '90s teams!
  13. Man. I'm sitting here watching that and just smiling to myself. What a great project and what a great way for kids to take pride in their community and their heritage. Great job Frontier!!!
  14. It also bears mentioning that Starks not only starred at UB, but is also a homegrown talent. He is born and raised in Niagara Falls and was a star QB for the Niagara Falls High School Wolverines, the same school that put Jonny Flynn in the NBA. Way to go "Buck," the Cataract City is proud of you! Go get yourself some dirty bird, then on to the NFC Championship game.
  15. It was a #5, but Ditka's folly for Ricky Williams probably has the most bearing on the Bills situation. Ditka trades away entire draft
  16. For a second, I thought Sully had been replaced by a former NBA headcase now plying his trade in Turkey.
  17. It's "too" bad, not "to" bad. Sorry, don't mean to nit-pik, but there are moments when I believe that texting and Internet chat and comment board use is killing the English language. Carry on as you were.
  18. It wouldn't suprise me if the money-pinching Bills consider cutting him outright. One factor that may play into their thinking is the renegotiation of Johnson's contract. He earned a paltry $385,000 this season and will need to be extended sooner rather than later. Evans' $9 mil+ skews things and drives Johnson's price up as he clearly has supplanted Lee as the number 1 on this team.
  19. Where's my "D Cell" batteries? Oh, wait, sorry wrong era!
  20. Usually when people type "LOL," they don't really "LOL," but when I read this I "LOL'd" really hard. Thanks.
  21. Guess I should add that Arthur Moats finally ended the Brett Favre weekly NFL soap opera.
  22. 3-10 seasons aren't pretty, but despite Jerry Sullivan and his ilk's outlook there are some positives about this team. In the spirit of Christmas let's list a few. Here's one to get it started: I really like the young receiving corps on this team. Johnson has been a revelation, Nelson and Jones have made some big catches, Parrish was finally living up to his potential and let's not forget that camp star Easley will be back next season. In fact, one might argue that the only weak link here all season was the aging and overpaid Lee Evans. All in all, I think the kids have been a big upgrade over TO and Josh Reed, with nothing but upside on the horizon.
